She not only gave the family some freebies for their big orders, but also gave us (the people picking up the orders) a box full of donuts on our 2nd visit. The owner lady also had one of her employees help us carry the boxes to the car. The items I tried tasted fresh and as expected. They try to make up for it by giving you an extra serving of gravy on the side, but if you know your food is dry you should fix it instead of putting a bandaid over it. The Berrock was the absolute worst. I bit into it and it just tasted like salt. I thought maybe it was a fluke so I got into the meat portion of it and took another bite. Pure freaking salt.
