Tactical Towing Review…read more I do not typically leave reviews, but after my experience, I felt compelled to recognize the outstanding service provided by Tactical Towing. I initially requested roadside assistance through my auto insurance due to a flat tire on my Tesla. Unfortunately, the first towing company dispatched, S&M Auto Repair and Towing LLC, accepted the request despite not having the specialized equipment or knowledge required to properly tow a Tesla. After I had already waited, the driver informed me they could not assist and then left the scene without ensuring my safety or confirming that another provider had been arranged. To make matters worse, when I submitted a second towing request, S&M accepted the request again even though they were unable to provide the service the first time around. I also learned that they claimed that they completed the service when they did not. Thankfully, Tactical Towing stepped in. Austin called me right away and, before discussing anything else, asked if I was safe. As a woman stranded with a disabled vehicle, that meant a lot. He listened to my situation, explained that Tactical Towing is experienced with Tesla and low-profile vehicles, and reassured me that they had the proper equipment and training to handle my vehicle correctly. His professionalism, knowledge, and concern immediately put me at ease. Within approximately 30 minutes, Jason and Justin arrived. They were courteous, professional, and focused on making sure I was taken care of. Once it was clear everything was under control, they allowed me to begin the long drive home while they remained with my vehicle waiting for Sarge to arrive with the appropriate tow truck. What happened next truly demonstrated Tactical Towing's commitment to customer service. Sarge drove from Benton, TN to Rocky Face, GA, retrieved my vehicle, and then completed the lengthy transport to my home in Acworth, GA. The dedication, teamwork, and level of service provided by Austin, Jason, Justin, and Sarge went far beyond what I expected. Their service was not just good; it was exceptional. They prioritized my safety, kept me informed, treated me with respect, and handled my Tesla with expertise. In a stressful situation, they delivered what I would call the gold standard of customer service. Because of this experience, Tactical Towing has earned my trust and future business. If I ever need towing or roadside assistance again, they will be my first call. Thank you, Austin, Jason, Justin, and Sarge, for going above and beyond. Not only did Tactical Towing load our vehicle onto the back of its bed and take it to our repair location of choice, but they also have extended cab trucks so that passengers can ride along with their vehicle. Our home was en route to where our vehicle was being repaired, so he dropped off my wife and son with our luggage, before traveling on. So grateful that they pay the extra insurance that they can, and are willing, to do what they did. While the tow was paid for through our insurance, his pricing is lower than other services but they offer more. No doubt they are the best value within a 100 mile radius.
