I have used Kay's twice now and the driver's are always nice, however the lady that answers the…read morephone is always very nasty. Both times I used Kay's, (roughly a year apart), the moment she picks up the phone she seems quite upset that you are evening calling. To make matter's worse the owner will reply to all the negative google reviews claiming to be the nicest person ever and blames the customers. There are too many reputable, caring, tow companies in the area for me to ever call this one again.

Not only did Tactical Towing load our vehicle onto the back of its bed and take it to our repair location of choice, but they also have extended cab trucks so that passengers can ride along with their vehicle. Our home was en route to where our vehicle was being repaired, so he dropped off my wife and son with our luggage, before traveling on. So grateful that they pay the extra insurance that they can, and are willing, to do what they did. While the tow was paid for through our insurance, his pricing is lower than other services but they offer more. No doubt they are the best value within a 100 mile radius. There was no better ending to a blown tire event.
