Not only did Chip arrive under 30 minutes, he checked in regularly to make sure I knew that he was on his way. He also made sure that I was safe each time that I spoke to him. Once there, he had the car loaded and on its way to the repair shop in only a few minutes. Chip then called me later to make sure that I knew the car had arrived ant the repair shop and also to make sure that I didn't need any further assistance. They charged me $1200 to tow that car 4.1 miles. This is highway robbery. Wanted me to sign my title over to them to get the bill paid. They do not even have a body shop there and could not assess the damages. I had to have it towed somewhere else and pay that fee plus $25/day storage. There are lots more honest tow companies in Ringgold. Try Worley's or Advanced Collision but avoid this company unless you have money to throw away. You have a choice. Don't take whomever is in the rotation for kickbacks.
