It has now stretched past 4 months, with ongoing delays, damage, and no real accountability. This has been stressful, costly, and completely avoid. My family and I had an absolutely terrible experience with this company, and I cannot recommend them for any type of project. We had 10 foundation piers and a stability beam installed in December. What should have been a relatively straightforward project dragged on until late April before it was finally considered "completed." Even now, we're still dealing with the aftermath and trying to restore our yard and property. We were repeatedly promised that everything would be returned to the condition outlined during the sales process, but that never happened. I'm still scratching my head over why they purchased 20 bags of topsoil for the project and never used a single one during the restoration. At this point, I've had to hire other professionals to complete repairs and correct issues that should have been handled by this company from the beginning. The biggest problem, in my opinion, is management and leadership. The company has plenty of technology and systems, but basic communication seems nonexistent. Throughout the project, it often felt like nobody knew what anyone else was doing, what work had been completed, or what still needed attention. Crews, supervisors, and office staff frequently appeared out of sync. That's not a field employee problem--it's a leadership problem. The sales process wasn't much better. The inspector/salesman came across more like a used car salesman than a foundation expert. If you're told the inspection is free and will take about 90 minutes, be prepared for something very different. Ours lasted over four hours and eventually resulted in a $45,000 project. After everything we've gone through, I still question whether our foundation is actually in better condition than when we started. I've even consulted independent general contractors to get additional opinions. What frustrates me most is the lack of attention to detail and quality control. The company damaged far more than it repaired. Work wasn't consistently checked, unfinished items were overlooked, and basic responsibilities seemed to be ignored. Tools and trash were left behind, gates were left open, lights were left on, and equipment wasn't always disconnected or put away properly at the end of the day. Let's also talk about the damage that occurred during the project. The crew broke our water line twice and severed our fiber optic internet cable, despite both utilities being marked beforehand. The Frontier technician who came out to repair the line was shocked by where the damage occurred, noting that the cable had been cut before it even entered the ground. What should have been a professional foundation repair project turned into months of frustration, delays, property damage, additional expenses, and countless headaches. I have photos and videos documenting much of what happened, but the overall experience speaks for itself. My advice is simple: get multiple estimates, do your research, and seriously consider other companies before signing a contract. This project became one of the most stressful home improvement experiences my family has ever dealt with. Looking back, I wish we had chosen someone else. I strongly recommend going with a company that is actually organized, accountable, and professional.
