The first time was over a year ago--they came to the rescue and fixed an issue that others couldn't. The second time, my home warranty company sent a contractor who tried to charge thousands for electrical work. Thankfully, I still had their card from the first job, so I called them again. Once more, they came through--doing the job right and within what the home warranty would actually cover. This is an honest company that does great work. The only downside is that they're hard to get a hold of and prioritize jobs based on urgency. But if you can get them to take your job--do it! Totally worth it. (But do me a favor and wait a bit--I've got more work for them: roofing, plumbing... I want to be first in line. )

With me sitting right beside him, my husband again called asking where the concrete was. "Don" daid it had just gotten loaded and would be on its way. 1:30, still no concrete. I called them at 1:30 and asked "Don" where the concrete was. I identified myself and told him my husband had talked to him earlier. He STRAIGHT UP LIED and said he hadn't talked to my husband at all today!!!! Then he proceeded to tell yet another LIE (LIE #4) and said it was just loaded and was somewhere between Poca and Milton. Then he told another LIE & said he had no way of knowing exactly where it was at because he had no way of getting in touch with the driver. So, we waited.... At 3:30, still no concrete, I had to send my workers home WITH FULL PAY because there is no way they could have the concrete poured and worked before dark. My husband called and cancelled the order and "Don" tried to tell him he couldn't cancel the order. My husband told him in no uncertain terms he WAS canceling the order. Then "Don" said, "You can't cancel the order because the driver is gone with your load and I have no way of getting in touch with him. LIE! My husband just told him that's fine when the driver got here, he will would just turn him around and send him right back to the plant. So, guess what? It's now 5PM and the truck never did show up! So you had no way of getting in touch with your driver Don? So why didn't he ever show up at my house? LIES ARE NOT TOO GOOD FOR BUSINESS DON. One day soon you will no longer have any customers to lie to because you've already lied to them all and they've taken their business elsewhere.

CORE installed a drainage system within the crawlspace that also included a sump pump. They completely encapsulated the crawlspace and also installed a dehumidifier. They cleaned the floor joists and treated the joists to prevent mold and mildew. They worked diligently for several weeks. The end result was impressive. The crawlspace was like a habitable space. The cost was reasonable and the attention to detail was exceptional. The system has been in place for several years now. It was worked perfectly. The owner, Mark, comes by once a year to check on the system and provide any needed maintenance. His attention to customer satisfaction is impressive. I highly recommend CORE if the goal is exceptional work, reasonable cost, customer satisfaction, and reliability.
