I reached out and asked to get some photos done and get a spot in her mini session. PAID HER $200. Advertising said this.. tarot cards, blood, smoke and use of client closet (clothes) and props. I advised I was pregnant and wanted some spooky maternity and sexy pictures for my DEPLOYED spouse. She said FUCK YEAH WE CAN DO THAT. Ok great! We scheduled a day and time. She messages me the day before asking to reschedule my shoot to a different time due to her double booking and needing to get to her sons game( mind you I have a one year old and scheduled this shoot after her nap time on purpose and owner Cami was aware of this) never the less, I reluctantly agreed to her time rescheduling. Day of .. We did the shoot. It was to be a 30 minute session and It wasn't even 20 min beginning to end. I thought she didn't get the proper poses I had requested and before leaving I said something. She was confident that we did get the content I was asking for.. a couple days later I ask her to please check over the images to see if we got the content I was wanting ( IE maternity sexy smoke tarot ) she replied back that she hadn't checked but would check soon. . A couple days later I get link to the 5 images she choose sent to me with a password to download. I DID NOT DOWNLOAD THEM AS I WAS EXTREMELY UNHAPPY ABOUT THE OUTCOME. . I reached out to owner Cami Warner and advised of how I was wanting specific content and we didn't even get one belly pic and I was also dissatisfied with the pictures as a whole as they were not what I was looking for and not what she advertised as her work. . I asked her to reshoot them as this was not work that was reflected when advertised. . She refused to reshoot stating that her set up was only that weekend. She could offer me a "discount " off a LARGER photoshoot package that would cost me more. After some further back and forth she finally agreed to reshoot the images but now I was no longer allowed to used her client closet nor was I going to get a shoot on location. It would be in studio. Which was also not what was advertised and also NOT what I was looking for. She proceeds to get rude and no longer wanted to help come to a resolution. . SO I went back to download the pictures as it was all I was going to have from my maternity shoot. . SHE TOOK DOWN MY PICTURES AND DELETED THE LINK!!! I WAS NO LONGER ABLE TO DOWNLOAD OR ACCESS ANY PICTURES!!!!. ... I filed a claim with PayPal as that is who I paid her through... THEY SIDED WITH HER AND ALLOWD HER TO KEEP MY MONEY AND MY PICTURES. I am COMPLETELY devastated to say the least that she would treat her customers like this. I WOULD NOT EVER recommend Bombshell Boudoir Intimate Photography. I had a very bad experience with TyGard. I paid $900 for a photo shoot with TyGard which included…read more10 edited photos. All of the money was paid before receiving edited photos. TyGard claims to be a professional editor and known for his editing skills and this shows in his portfolio. However, the edited images I received were less than acceptable. They appeared to be put through some type of air brush tool and lighting correction with NO touchups done to straggly hairs on forehead, face, etc. When I asked for him to do these touchups he refused at first claiming it will change my appearance so really just didnt want to do his job. Finally after much arguing he fixed 2 of the photos but no more and I now have to find an editor to fix the rest. In addition, he was verbally abusive, condescending, etc and blocked me from contacting him. Even before he edited the pictures he was this way after he was paid in full, saying he cannot wait to get these edits finished and be done with me once and for all! He is extremely unprofessional and all need to be warned of his abusive personality and scam artist ways! I would give negative stars if it was available here! I have worked with many photographers and have never had a bad experience until TyGard :(.
