Great place to live. Quiet and clean and good management. Prices are good and they are pretty quick to fix things

RHP properties also know as Bayshore homes is the worst ever. You are wrote up for everything and they just tape it to your door and assume you receive it. You are not allowed to have anything, so if you have kids its a miserable place to be. You cant have pools, swing sets, clotheslines, basketball goals. fences, ect.. You get wrote up if your blinds are broke. If your a little late on rent they go right to giving you a eviction notice. They want you to buy homes there but harass owners. They even wrote me up in Jan for still having my Christmas lights up on the roof, knowing we have been having freezing rain. There is no understanding either. I will address a problem and the next month they do it again. I had got a divorce and they still wont remove his name saying I have to do a new contract! These are very heartless people who don't want a loving community at all. Did I also mention they community manager violates the rules in which she writes others up for. Good news! The manager, Grace, has been alleviated from her job. There is an interim manager, Karen, and she is cordial, friendly, and competent. Hopefully the business dealing will be much less arbitrary and much more pleasant. It will still cost you about the same as renting an apartment but you have no one living a wall, a floor, or a ceiling away. You also have the advantage of how a wee spot of earth for herbs and flowers if that is your thing. Hopefully it will be much more enjoyable to live here in the future. The new management is much more pleased, but the corporation is nickel and dimieing us to death. They have raised the rent again this year! In the years previous we got the month of June half price. My sister and I spent in on flowers and plants to spruce up the place. This year we only get 1/2 off in the month of June. There will be no plants and flowers this year. My sister and I are on fixed incomes and what was reasonable is quickly becoming unreasonable. read more
