The overall ambiance was nice and peaceful, allowing me to do my own thing at my own pace. I felt very comfortable and not as though I was inconveniencing or bothering anyone. The facility itself is clean and maintained from what I could see or note from the outside. I wasn't sure if I had access to the inside of the building so I didn't bother entering. The turf area, In particular the lacrosse field, was in excellent condition, which made my workout and experience even more enjoyable.
