Third time it's been two weeks transmission bad again! Each time I had to pay for transmission fluid out of pocket $275.00 second time he said warranty wouldn't pay all the labor so I had to pay $500 plus $275 for fluid! All because he said my maxima has spacers on rims. Total rip off because dealer ship quoted $6,000 for new transmission and I've spent that with this shop on used transmission. Total waste of money. Be careful because I think the transmission is not being replaced just fixed old bad transmission. Each time I took to Nissan dealership and it was in fact all three times another bad transmission each three times!!! Note: Joe said I had warranty but still car isn't working because he says the spacers on rims void warranty but those same spacers was on car when he first got the first transmission!! Talk about feeling uncomfortable and feeling ripped off, let me share it. On May 13th, I took my…read moretruck there for an A/C leak and after $100 I was told there were no issues found. They had replaced the refrigerant and I was good to go but if the A/C went out again to bring it back. On June 3rd, my A/C stopped working again so I took it back to them. When I arrived to drop it off I was wearing my Army PT shorts and the front desk lady came closer, looked me up and down and said: "Look at those legs! I'm glad it's warm outside and that's right, I got no shame." I'm glad my wife wasn't there, cause it would probably have gotten ugly. Anyone would feel flattered with a compliment, but that felt completely out of place and wrong. Now imagine the opposite, I'm the one behind the counter and say that to a lady coming in as a customer? Later on, Bob called me and explained the Condenser was bad and it would cost $775 to replace it. I told him I would have to wait to get it fixed. He charged me again $50 this time which to my surprise would not be counted against the $775 if I brought it back to them. I just got off the phone with Auto Zone and they have a brand new Condenser for $120 w/ lifetime warranty. Called another shop and they can replace it for a fraction of the cost. Best of luck to anyone bringing your vehicle there.

My Son was ripped off by this company. He is a soldier in this great country's Army, and way too…read moretrusting. He brought his Mazda 3 in with a wobble at speed. This company said it was his rear Calipers (brake). Really?!? They replaced the rear Calipers, with no consent, did not supply the damaged parts at the end, and charged him over $500.00! Guess what?!? Didn't fix the problem (imagine that!). My son had to take the car to another (honest) repair shop, which diagnosed the problem as the front rotors. Now, I know cars, so the front rotors sound are way more the likely culprit! I am 56 AND HAVE NEVER, EVER, HAD TO REPLACE THE REAR CALIPERS ON ANY VEHICLE I HAVE EVER OWNED. Buyer beware.
