I called Jennifer on Thursday, late morning and she was able to schedule a time the same day at 5p. She was right on time and texted prior to her arrival. When she arrived I explained that that the service would be for my mother and Jennifer address my mother as, "mom" and it made my mother feel warm and comfortable throughout the process.
