The bad reviews above are nonsense. The all-around care at Harrington is above reproach. My journey through metastatic breast cancer was not only successful, but the advise presented to me to "go live your life and let us worry about the cancer" is what got me through. The Nurse Practitioner even met with my young children to comfort and assure them that Mom was being well cared for. The chemo and radiation teams were thorough. Many of my friends and family at the time were also patients, one of whom is still there. I would not hesitate to recommend Harrington to anyone. read more

It was time for my annual mammogram. I called in to schedule the appointment and the answered almost immediately. (That seems to be unusual for other businesses lately.) I LOVE LOVE LOVE that they have Saturday appointments available so I don't have to take a vacation day to get the appointment. I was greeted with a friendly hello as soon as I walked in (about 10 minutes before my appointment) and was immediately taken to registration. The lady who did the paperwork was so friendly! (I wish I remembered her name.) The Tech who did the mammogram wasn't as friendly, but she was very quick, so I'm okay with her being pretty abrupt. I was able to see my results quickly. So now I am good to just do monthly self exams until next year. read more

I'm a 6 year cancer survivor. My journey started at the breast center. I've always loved how I've been treated there until yesterday. For the first time I felt like a number not like a woman. It's hard enough to go through this every year. There's always a little anxiety and the last thing anyone needs is being treated the way I was treated yesterday. The only nice thing I can say about my experience yesterday is the nice lady who did my registration and walked me back. There was a total lack of compassion and empathy. The Tech was cold and didn't confirm name and date of birth. I had to ask for my markers. After yesterday I don't know if I'll every go back. read more

ultrasound tech thinks shes a doctor and tries to refute doctor's orders in order to do less work. I had to get a bilateral ultrasound and ultrasound tech thought she knew better than my physician and thought it was wise for her to just not do the other side because she didn't feel like it. Lo and behold we scanned the other side finally after arguing about it and there was something in there that needs to be watched. so frustrating that I have to fight for people to do their job when I am paying for their services through my expensive insurance. You would think people would be kind, courteous, and empathatic in such a difficult situation as getting an ultrasound but nope. You have to fight for everything. You have to fight for people to do their job. Forget about kindness and compassion. You can leave that expectation at the door when you get here. People here are just ready to suck your money up and barely provide you with the service you deserve. Only saving grace to this place are the physicians who are nice. read more
