There security gate has been stuck up 24/7 for at least 5 months maybe more. Well my storage unit was robbed. Don't want to hear did you have insurance because I'm tired of victim blaming. The thieves are scum. Anyway called the owners Main they give you a crying talk about how hard it is to fix there gate blah blah. Anyway I secured another storage at Smyrna Self Storage on Glenwood Ave in smyrna de. Been trying to get into this storage for years and luck would have it. Much more secure and owned & run by a family not a conglomerate of lawyers. Anyway just disgusted by ABC. If there was a way to give a zero star I would. Just some pictures I took for the police. Other pictures are of empty Xbox boxes but the serial numbers are on so I didn't include because Microsoft is helping with that.

Very hard workers, professional and experienced. Got the two calls again that day. They were very careful when unloading, asked where I wanted things placed. As I started to unpack, I found a lamp shade at the bottom of a box, all crushed. Was quite amazed at what I found in the boxes.. I would assume like items would be packed together....but it appeared they just made sure the boxes were full. Many boxes not labeled, which would have been helpful. Never did get another phone call, which to me should have happened so they would find out how the team packs out a custome.

It took 4 hours with previous movers. These guys took 6 hours to move and then charged me travel time to get to the job at 1.5 hours; so 7.5 total hours charged. Previous movers did not charge me to travel to the job. And, I didn't learn that I was paying for travel until the end of the move. Their hourly rate is $160 hour. Buyer be aware. PS- they also charge a 4% fee for using a credit card to pay. Again, wasn't aware of that until it was time to pay.
