I have been in so much pain over the course of 10 years. 5 car accidents, head injury, shoulder pain, neck and back pain from sitting at a desk for numerous years and my body has been through a few things, its worn out from soreness and injury. I have tried TPI shots, cortisone shots, massages, other chiropractors, even doctors saying I need my neck fused together so the pain would go away, thank the Lord I never did that. All this nonsense I was being fed by so-called "doctors" and no one did a thing except cover up my symptoms. I came into Fix24 through meeting Dr. Gangemi aka Dr. G from his networking efforts. Dr. G is one of the nicest doctors I have ever met. He has a heart of gold, he cares about me as a human and patient, he wants me to genuinely get better, and he actually has fixed and help correct years of pain. He isn't just cracking my bones back and forth, he pushing my bones back into alignment and that is the Fix24 system. I signed up for the ultimate package because I knew I needed help, badly. During the end of month 1, I had excruciating pain and I thought my original pain was coming back. I needed an emergency appointment. I was able to get in and they could tell I was in bad shape. About 4 hours after my appointment I was feeling better. The next day was even better. No doctor or whoever I went to was ever able to relieve my pain that quickly. But Dr. G did. The transparency that Dr. G and team provide is amazing. Dr. Robb the owner and the entire staff review each patient every day to ensure a successful recovery. They hand held me through the process. Everyone was involved in my rehabilitation. It was truly white glove service. I also want to praise Melissa and Erika who run the front of the house. They greet me by name (see it with other patients), they are the friendliest and most important piece to have a great first impression. I went in for lower back pain and it resulted in getting xrays the first visit and no care at all. There was no care on the second visit only how much they wanted to charge weekly to take care of what they perceived as long term problems. I offered to come in twice weekly to which the doctor replied that would not be good enough. If I didn't come in three times weekly at a minimum, $90 per week, my care would be subpar. I do not have a problem paying for quality care. But I can certainly tell everyone on Yelp that reads this that you will go in with back pain and leave with back pain because nothing got accomplished at all. Do not expect your back pain to be worked on the first visit. I do not want to call this place a scam because that would be rude. However it is completely BS that they could not either prescribed or help my back pain while I was there. The doctor also admitted that sometimes he cannot read his own chicken scratch and he needed me to reassure his original diagnosis. I am beyond upset and would not wish this on anyone. Thank you! I was introduced to Dr. Patrice years ago by my personal trainer at the time and wish I had started treatment then. I have been dealing with a number of physical issues - knee condition, foot pain, shoulder pain, back pain and eye issues including recurring styes, etc. After going to see various podiatrists, acupuncturists, eye doctors, etc. I decided to try chiropractic care as I figured there was something connecting all or most of my issues. I wanted someone who was holistic and wanted to treat the whole person. I remembered Dr. Patrice and signed up for a free consultation and decided to go through with the initial exam. I found out that I have moderate scoliosis as well as one hip higher than the other causing a leg length discrepancy. I have subluxations in areas of the spine clearly connected to the areas I have struggled with over the years. Dr. Patrice's plan for helping me deal with the various issues by treating the subluxations has made a lot of sense from the start and I have great confidence in the care I am receiving from him. As a mental health therapist, treating the whole body mentally and physically feels important to me and Dr. Patrice's knowledge, passion for what he does, and caring for the health of all is so apparent every time you meet with him. Dr. Deka had a terrible bedside manner and he was very rough. I had made it very clear to Dr. Deka and his staff that I had almost died a few years ago from C-Diff and I cannot have antibiotics with Keflex. The morning of surgery at Piper Surgical Center (they are great) the nurse was asking me question and stated there would be an IV put in me for the antibiotic. I ask what they were going to give me she said the doctor prescribed Keflex. I could not believe it. When the doctor arrived he tried to convince me that it would be fine to take the Keflex because he didn't think that was what caused me to have C-Diff (WOW) this doctor doesn't even know me, he met me once for fifteen minutes. Once we cleared this up that I was not going to accept the Keflex all the while Dr. Deka standing at the end of my bed never saying hello when he arrived, never speaking to my husband. My husband had to introduce himself. Dr. Deka tells the Med student that I never approved to lift the sheet so he could look at my belly button. Before I could say anything she pulls off my sheet exposing my naked lower body to all seven people standing around. I was horrified. Once I was in surgery the surgery was much more involved (of course) than Dr.Deka had anticipated? He put in mesh and basically reconstructed my belly button. When I woke up I was in a lot of pain. I was told I would have zero down time and would be free to go to work the next day. I went home no one followed up with me. I was in the bed for a week. I could hardly move it hurt so badly. My stomach was swollen and my belly was red. I called my primary doctor and she put me on antibiotic's this seemed to help but I was not heeling. I called Dr. Deka's office and his nurse told me this was normal and to give it time. I was wondering to the no down time I was told about before. I never heard from Dr. Deka. My husband and I went out of town for a week and I was miserable. We came back home and went straight to the ER where they drained the incision. I now have an ugly funky looking belly button and I am sensitive around my belly button.

I was told to participate in physical therapy @ $ 560.00 a month after the insurance and was introduced to a young lady that seemed very knowledgeable but was passed off to 2 other therapists to complete that one session. One of the Therapist was limping complaining of her Plantar Fasciitis. At the proposed $560.00 a month for therapy, the doctor said that was a high amount for a deductible that I had. To me he knew how much he could normally get out of the insurance, hence the CEO of this establishment being concerned about the $$ as per the "System" and not necessarily the cause of the issues to properly treat. The doctor wanted me to use up to 1/2 my insurance benefits prior to knowing what was even wrong. before x-rays. A month later, the x-rays revealed that there was no bone-on-bone issues, I could not get an answer of what was wrong, only their recommendations of this procedure that has a great results. (As per the limping Doctor) They could not explain how this works and was $1300.00 per visit and not sure how many this would take to make things better. I learned more on his web site than I did in person. Sometimes once, twice, three times and after four there might be other issues. That is why I showed up in the first place to identify the issue and treat it properly. I would want to know what the issues were before committing time and $ into my health for their "system/plan/procedure etc... I have read up on these procedures and some do have good results. I personally did not care for the sales pitch I was getting. I guess this is called modern medicine where they want to treat you for anything and burn through your resources 1st before they really look hard at something. I have gone elsewhere and feel I'm getting the care I need and deserve.

Dr. Wall is very professional making my office visit very pleasant. Waiting Room time is minimal. Dr. Wall explains fully his surgical technique and what to expect after surgery. He is a patient's physician, by this I mean he does not believe in visiting the patient the day of surgery related to cognitive level and visits patient the next day. My son was given complete details and expectations and he was very impressed with Dr. Wall.
