A HUGE Shoutout to the entire Fix24 crew!!! This is going to be longer than usual but it's worth the read if you want to get better. I have been in so much pain over the course of 10 years. 5 car accidents, head injury, shoulder pain, neck and back pain from sitting at a desk for numerous years and my body has been through a few things, its worn out from soreness and injury. I have tried TPI shots, cortisone shots, massages, other chiropractors, even doctors saying I need my neck fused together so the pain would go away, thank the Lord I never did that. During the end of month 1, I had excruciating pain and I thought my original pain was coming back. I needed an emergency appointment. I was able to get in and they could tell I was in bad shape. About 4 hours after my appointment I was feeling better. The next day was even better. No doctor or whoever I went to was ever able to relieve my pain that quickly. But Dr. G did. The transparency that Dr. G and team provide is amazing. Dr. Robb the owner and the entire staff review each patient every day to ensure a successful recovery. They hand held me through the process. My search is over. Dr. Robb, Jamie, & Sylvia are incredibly professional and personable! 4 years after my football career (in which there was a plethora on injuries) I have battled with terrible neck pain and immobility. Dr. Michael Robb at FIX24 Biomechanics is a miracle worker. Three years ago I had intensive Sciatic nerve pain, to the extent I couldn't even walk well. I was told by Sports Medicine Orthopedic specialists that I needed steroid injections in my back every 6 mos or so to stop the pain and in about 10 years, I would need to have surgery because my L4 & L5 discs were collapsing. I had two series of injections 3 months apart and they really didn't help much for the pain. Fortunately, a friend referred me to Dr Robb. He shared the X-ray with me and explained what I needed to correct my pain issues. It seems my Sciatic nerve was pinched by the L5 disk. His plan to push the spine forward worked! I was referred to Fix24 and made an appointment with Dr. Robb for a consultation. He convinced me to start the very expensive program. If it would help, money is never the issue. That was the last time I saw Dr. Robb. Without telling me, he handed me off to one of his colleagues. Although I liked my Doctor, it wasn't what I had signed up for. The front desk staff was great when I started but they all left the company and things changed. The replacement didn't even know how to use the laser and was targeting the wrong area. Fast forward end of treatment. I'm still in pain, not much has changed. My Doctor shows me side by side pictures of my spine and a lot of hocus pocus about angles. I asked for the x-rays to be superimposed over each other so we could honestly see IF there was any change and was told this wasn't possible. Always skeptical about getting my body adjusted. I have had slipped discs in my lower back that most chiropractors won't touch and have been told to get surgery which I refuse to do . I am 45 years old been a skateboarder ... snowboarder ... mountain biker for most of my life and my body takes a beating . So when I came into FIX24 of course I was skeptical as I always am about doctors who all say the same thing . But this was different . They took X-rays and went into detail on what needed to be done to correct what damage I have done in the past and once finished how to keep my body in shape. I don't even know where to begin! I had the typical neck problems from playing sports my whole life - but what I didn't realize could also be FIXED was my digestion issues!? Anytime I'd eat it always resulted in gas So as I experimented over the years with different eating habits, nothing worked! This is how basic the idea behind how the body functions and what causes disfunction! You have a tree on one side of the driveway and the hose runs across the driveway supplying the water to it. When you drive your car over the hose - it blocks it up - and naturally the tree begins to die. All that is needed is to remove the car tire off the hose, and the tree is able to be fed water, coming back to life, functioning the way it's supposed to. The hose is (one) our nerves that control alllllll the organs in our bodies, the car tire is a vertebra out of alignment- causing pressure on the nerve - which leads to whatever organ it's controlling, to begin not working properly aka symptoms! Digestion system - My X-ray showed there was pressure on that nerve that controls it, which was the cause of my problems! My X-ray also showed my neck was vertically straight! Which it's supposed to have a natural curve - vertebra out of alignment = symptoms (stiffness, soreness, locked up completely!) ****BUT! Here's the kicker --- Dr. Robb's practice is 100% different than what you may have heard (like myself) in that there is NO twisting of the spine!**** When you think of the location of your belt buckle - as you bend forward, your belt buckle goes backwards -- So as that relates to your spine - when we are constantly in "flexion" - the motion of bending forward - whether it's as simple as doing the dishes, tying your shoe, picking up your child, slouching in a chair - or as extreme as car accidents or sports injuries - your vertebra are naturally pushed back (and in some rare cases they are pushed forward) so what is naturally done is "manipulating" or adjusting the vertebra forward - back in alignment. In each adjustment the vertebra only move the length of the head of a mechanical pencil - aka treatment will take a while ... but I've personally seen in just ONE adjustment the patient could finally BREATHE without tension! And her husband was/is in the medical field! I'm a beyond happy patient!!! I even have my 6mo old under his care! Mine thankful hasn't had any health issues - but getting adjusted in the proper area helps with ear infections, high temperatures, reflux/colic ... the list goes on and on! Trust me you will not regret taking the step of faith to better your health in the most natural form .. Dr. Robb treats the CAUSE not the symptoms! OMG. BAD PRACTICE. This is NOT the review that I thought I'd be writing today. I am SO disappointed for my husband. He saw Dr. Robb yesterday for the first time, but has been going to Gonstead chiropractors since 1992. He was impressed with Dr. Robb's knowledge and understanding of what my husband needed. And, YAY, I thought we had finally found a fabulous chiropractor in AZ. Before he left yesterday, another appt was scheduled for today to include an adjustment after Dr. Robb was able to thoroughly review the x-rays on a CD that my husband had provided and left with him. When he returned today for the adjustment, he was led to a room to watch a video on chiropractics. It was already 15 minutes after his scheduled time, but a video that explains chiropractic care to a man who's been receiving adjustments for almost 30 years? Really? After a few minutes, he went to the front desk and told them that he didn't need the video. He needs an adjustment. The receptionist excused herself to go check with the doctor. When she returned, she handed my husband the CD of x-rays and told him that "it doesn't look like we're the practice for you." Whoa. Is that a "go away" comment, or what? Very, very disappointing. We are definitely going elsewhere. We DO NOT recommend this poor excuse for a chiropractic office. Good doctor. BAD practice. STAY AWAY! read more

Dr. Michael Rob is amazing! He is an amazing doctor. Different than any other doctor that my family has gone to in the past. Other doctors told my wife that she needed Knee replacement surgery. Doctor Rob Treated my wife and she walks and plays tennis every day now, with no need at all for any surgery! My children love coming to Fix 24. The doctor and his friendly staff always listen and treat the problem. I have referred my father in law to this amazing place for his high blood pressure and back pain that all of the other doctors just wanted to prescribe meds to treat. Doctor Rob Immediately saw what was causing the problems and treated it without any meds! My father in law is off his blood pressure medicine for 2 years now and all thanks to Doctor Rob! I have recently referred a friend that lays tile for a living to this great place. My friend was told that he needed to have Double knee replacement and there were no other options. He was in alot of pain, and was being handed pain medicine by his doctors. After The doctor saw him and did his evaluation, he found the problem to be that his knees were simply out of alignment and needed to be put back into place over some treatments. I saw my friend the other day. He was walking perfect and no longer was taking any pain medicine on a daily basis as he was doing before. He was so happy and thanked me for referring me to Fix 24. Last but not least, I have been a patient of Doctor Rob for appx. 6 weeks now. I originally came to fix 24 after suffering from lower back pain and headaches and having bouts of dizziness for years. Went to Fix24 because I was experiencing pain in my neck and trap area and I also had a twist in my upper torso anda twist in my pelvis also. I had lower back pain from a past injury but it was only bothering me if I had to bend over excessively. After nearly 40 visits to Fix24, my neck pain is still there, my twists are still there, and my lower back pain is significantly worse. It now hurts just when doing normal activities throughout the day, or sitting in my truck. I tried to stay positive and keep going but it was the increasing lower back pain that finally made me throw in the towel. I spent $2500 here that I really did not have and am still at square one with my issues. I would try to seek help from other professionals but I no longer have the funds. To Dr. Robb's credit, he did try to continue working on me for free after my paid visits had come to an end. To the office's credit, everyone at Fix24 is very nice and it's an uplifting atmosphere.
