A really nice guy said that Les Schwab would fix us all up. We followed him over to Les Schwab and they took care of us in 5 minutes. They took the tire pressure of all 4 tires and filled up if they seemed like they needed more. Then they told us good luck. Super fast and they didn't charge us anything. They lost his powers tearing cap which they should not of touched. We confronted them about it and they took no responsibility and swore they did not touch it. I latter discovered my power steering fluid was almost completely empty. My oil was also a bit low and needed a quart... after an oil change... coolant was low in both vehicles, washer fluid was low. My husband air filter, one clip was off and it was wet on that side and filthy so clearly they did not check it as it badly needed replacing. They suck!! I have air in my power steering and need to take it in now to Mini in Utah so that it can be fixed right as I've not found a local mechanic that knows mini's. I've never had an issue with getting my oil changed before. Do not take your car here unless your board and need extra bills and your car to be suddenly unreliable after.
