Questions methodical delineating the event, management's position and the relevant evidence leading to a proposed strategy. The resulting letter to the Board combined selections from relevant legal documents and graphic evidence presented with a courteous but forceful tone reflecting his assessment of the strength of my case. The Board dropped the errant charge however had this gone to court I'm confident in the representation I would have received. This was not a easy case another experienced attorney suggested I pay the damages.

We have the document showing our compliance. Our HOA lost everyone's paper work and because of their error, these lawyers decided to side with them without taking 5 minutes to research.
