If she doesn't like getting calls everyday for the same request to speak with Michael or get a prompt return call then maybe she oughtta get off her lazy rear end and hand deliver the message rather than turn it into a legal battle. A barr complaint or lawsuit is highly appropriate in this situation. This is how professionals get a bad name/bad reputation.
