After searching high and low with many many looking for her, she limped home the next morning. My husband called her vet, Dr Copeland for assistance. He had already had a hectic morning but with such professionalism he took her straight into surgery to fix her wounds. His team contacted us to give us an update. And kept her over the weekend for observation. We are beyond greatful to Dr Copeland and his very caring staff for taking care of our baby during her traumatic event. Promised to call me before they dis anything other than blood work. This horrible person decided to do an exploratory surgery and killed my dog, which she left me a dang voice mail telling me she dis the unapproved surgery and my dog died. Then when I went ro retrieve my Butter Cup a Chow Mix she cut her up and stuck her in a box that there was NO way my dog would of fit in unless she chopped her up into pieces. I was so mortified and couldn't bring myself to open that box. She even demanded payment. I should of sued her but that would NOT of brought my beloved dog back. If you want a dog euthanized no questions ask she is your person. Other than that Do NOT recommend. Ps our dog is not the only one she has killed doing unnecessary procedures on.

It had been…read moreawhile since we had been in the pet store and it now has extra lighting so you can actually see in there and the "smell" is gone - it smells fresh, pets all look healthy so if you haven't been there in awhile go ahead and venture it - clean, fresh and friendly. Went back again today to pick up the baby guinea pig since we picked up supplies the last time. I am wishing this guy all the luck and hoping that once he has been there for awhile, I can give the place 5 stars!
