I just received a notice that my lease wouldn't be renewed and that I have to be out by Sept. 6. No explanation was given. When I called Sealy and asked for an explanation I was told that the manager, Leslie, would contact me before the end of the business day. She didn't and never will. She used to be the manager at Stone Creek, we never got along, and as soon as she had the opportunity to take revenge on me, she did. That's the sort of people Sealy hires and promotes. This is worst realty company I've ever dealt with and probably the worst company of any kind I've ever dealt with. The action against me was taken purely out of spite. Dealing with Sealy will be the absolute worst mistake of your life. Go to anyone else, anywhere, but don't deal with Sealy under any circumstances ever. They will screw you over every chance they get. They will lie to your face and act indignant if you don't pretend to believe them. The absolute bottom of the human barrel.

Sherrill was one of the worst companies I've ever rented from, and the front office staff was consistently rude and dismissive. During my tenancy, my ceiling cracked and began caving in, yet the property was never properly maintained. Rent increased every year, but there were no meaningful improvements to the home. If you could see what was behind the walls, you'd be shocked. I just completed my move-out and fully expect to have issues getting my security deposit back after reading so many similar reviews. I hope that's not the case, but my experience doesn't give me much confidence. Save yourself the stress and rent somewhere that values its tenants.

A lot of the units still haven't been rented out, so noise and disturbance issues and such really aren't a problem - and I don't really see them being an issue in the future either. The property management is a little slow on answering calls and such, but the issues are always taken care of - just need a little patience for getting things done. All apartments have a/c units and in the heat, if run on high, have a tendency to freeze up which can be a nuisance. The apartments are a little outdated as far as flooring, ceiling, and appliances but with some TLC they are livable - property management allows you to repaint, redo floors, etc - so you have the freedom to make the place uniquely your own. Pros: Right next to the stadium and the strip - Cheap rent - No disturbances or issues - Pet friendly - Freedom to update as you like Cons: Outdated - No pool - Usually a timely wait on maintenance issues (but they're ALWAYS taken care of) Overall, the Stadium Apartments are a nice place to live if you're on a budget - I mean, where else are you going to find somewhere as good as this for $385/mo??
