They did nothing to assist in keeping my costs reasonable and when I tried to cancel my policies and go with a broker who was able to save me over $3000/year on my homeowner's policy and over $1000/year on our auto policies they refused to cancel my policies and their withdrawals from our bank accounts. I had to go to corporate to get it done. Taylor is a pompous, rude asshole at best.

He was prompt, efficient, kept in contact and worked and worked to find us the coverage we wanted/needed and at a cost no one else could match. Not even close. He even worked with us late into the night to help us close the deal before our other insurance expired the next day. He also explained with the bundle (car and home) we could save an additional $39 a month on the payments, which we are of course taking advantage of.
