We needed new gutters since our huge ice dam ripped our gutters off one side of the house. We had…read morealso added a deck and needed new gutters to keep rain off the new deck. We also had a new roof put on two weeks prior and in doing so, we discovered some bits of rotten fascia boards. Originally, ABC wasn't going to be able to do our gutters until much later in the season. They called my hubs to say they would be in our neighborhood the next day and wanted to do the gutters. My hubs explained that we had discovered some rotted fascia and we needed to fix that before the gutters were installed. ABC offered to fix the bad fascia and do the gutters same day. Yes, there was an up charge for the fascia. Totally worth it!! The techs were polite and thorough. They had colors that matched our house and trim. We did not opt for the gutter guard system, we don't have many trees. My neighbor loves her gutter guards, though.

I had the hardest time trying to get someone to come fix this because I have a really pitched roof. No one would touch it because of snow and rain. Finally Dave came to my home and said he would do the best he could to get it fixed right. They had it all repaired in one day and we can finally close up the hole in my ceiling.
