Something seemed off though when setting up the camper Friday, lights dim, electrical seemed off. The next day, Saturday, started to inspect various areas of the camper, electrical panel, etc. to see if could find root cause of the electrical issue. Issue found, our battery was bad, like smoking bad, literally smoking. Disconnected and removed the battery for safety and then called Family RV. This was like at 4pm Saturday, and Jason answered the phone. I explained our situation and provided him details of the battery we needed replacing. He said he could definitely help us and would be there in a few hours. He was a man of his word. He purchased the new battery and installed it, with us up and running again, good as new.
