I purchased a bag of cheese mix for 2 dollars and a Concha Blanca for 1 dollar. The cashier rang it up ,never said the total and I was looking down at the rest of the on sale snacks as I handed him a 10 dollar bill. He handed me 2 dollars and the change automatically came out. I said these were on sale 2 dollars and 1 dollar. He said you should have told me. Excuse me I don't make the prices. I expressed to him I would like a refund and gave him the 2 items back. What I purchased on sale wasn't worth 5 dollars more. And they had expired in April 24 2025 that's why they were marked down. He explained to refund my money it was connected to the internet which had been messing up off and on all day. So there was nothing he could do. I'm sure that there was something iff I chose to push the issue,cause ima have a good day either way. Please don't make an excuse up on your incompetence of your job in not knowing how to void purchases.But I must say he was apologetic.

It took about two hours to get my antibiotics filled and don't get me wrong I can kill time in CVS but not that long. Just wish I would have know the wait time. I typically see at least three people working the back to so I am sure they are bombarded with prescriptions but for something called in about an hour prior to arriving and still waiting, seemed a little extra.

My friend left her wallet there one night and it would be next morning before she realized. Long story short the cashier that night did the right thing she got the wallet back nothing missing. My girlfriend was so happy to get the wallet back especially there was nothing missing that she's left $20 with the manager check give to that cashier but he never give it to her instead when he got called out on it got an attitude and actually threw the $20 back at my girlfriend .
