The vet and tech were very sweet to try to get my dog comfortable with the vet and took the time to make that happen - and it worked. They did a full workup while informing me of the costs along the way. The vet spent plenty of time with me making sure I was understanding of my dog's diagnosis, the treatment, and her progress moving forward. The vet went in-depth with me concerning the test results and how we move forward. I would highly recommend this practice. We went home with a diagnosis, medication, and hope.

When I was a kid, we had one vet that all our pets saw and we could stick our dogs/cats in the car and drive right to his house and he'd come out and take a look at our pet and tell my Dad what to do and it always worked out for the best. I know there were non-urgent cases in there. I feel like they could have fit him in. Or at least one of the area vets could have done something.

Although it was difficult Dr. Canfield worked with me for 13 years to give Bandit a long happy life. He had more good days than he had bad thanks to Dr. Canfields exceptional care and service. Bandit was given a life expectancy of 8 years but lived to be almost 14. He was married to Mitzi Lane and they had a son Bentley. Bandit was a gentle and loving soul who provided joy wherever he went. He was an avid Va trail walker and lived a long full happy life that only Dr. Canfield with her expertise and professionalism could have provided. Thank you Dr. Canfield for 13 wonderful years.

We lost our sweet Callie girl a week ago unexpectedly. She apparently had a stroke early in the…read moremorning. Being new to the area, we didn't know where to take her. We thankfully found Grace Animal Hospital. When we walked in, we were told they were booked but when we explained our situation, they made the time for us and our girl. The whole office was sweet and compassionate. Dr Adams examined her and agreed something catastrophic had happened to her. He & his staff explained everything to us and helped our girl pass on peacefully. We are so thankful for them and their treatment of us and our family member. A week later, we received the sweetest condolence card in the mail signed by several of the staff. That meant the world to us that they took the time to not only send a card but to have personal messages as well. I would highly recommend Grace Animal Hospital for your pet care needs. Hopefully our other pets won't need their service but we know where to take them if there is the need.

Great Doctor and Great Staff!!…read more My CharLee, 11 yrs of Beagle/Lab Mix dog, is home after having his tumor removed. The wonderful doctor and staff from Audubon Animal Clinic in West Virginia did an amazing job!! They not only removed the Ginormous tumor from his left side flank, but they found two other tumors (one on his chest and one on his left front wrist) and removed them as well. They were so reasonably priced as well. The 3 tumor removal surgery, xrays, medication, and biopsy came to a total of only $841 rather the $6000 that was quoted at AVets in Monroeville, PA. CharLee is now home, resting, and recovering. We are so grateful for the excellent care from Audubon Animal Clinic!! Definitely worth the 2 hour drive!!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
