Although it was difficult Dr. Canfield worked with me for 13 years to give Bandit a long happy life. He had more good days than he had bad thanks to Dr. Canfields exceptional care and service. Bandit was given a life expectancy of 8 years but lived to be almost 14. He was married to Mitzi Lane and they had a son Bentley. Bandit was a gentle and loving soul who provided joy wherever he went. I brought my dog here severely emaciated and lethargic. He is 7 years old and I have had him since…read morehe was a puppy. This animal "hospital" took x ray films and bloodwork and assured me nothing was wrong with him and to just feed him puppy food to get his weight back on. I went to get a second opinion at another vet's office, they also took x rays that I had to pay for again because of this office's hours. My dog had a HUGE mass on his small intestine/lymph node that would have killed him in one week. He got exploratory surgery this morning at the other hospital and they have successfully removed the mass. I tried to trust Grafton Animal Hospital's "professional" opinion, but thank god I did not because I would have a DEAD DOG. They should be ashamed and do NOT take your animals here. Make the drive to Morgantown or Uniontown because the inexperience here is absolutely unacceptable.

The exam rooms have NO seat for humans. Long waits are the norm, so I asked for a chair & they brought one in for me. they have room for a narrow bench (SUGGESTION). get one. They have lots of elderly client owners, many of whom won't speak up & just leave, & not come back...that's why I only gave 4 stars. .
