Dryers are TERRIBLE, even at the highest setting! $0.25 buys you 5 minutes of drying time. It used to be 7 minutes per quarter, with the older machines that were hotter than the new machines. There are no small load washers or dryers. Clothes are still wet after a full cycle. Overpriced garbage. When the clothes are damp, who cares about 4K TV screens on the wall? One star. read more

Great place to drop off those bulky items that don't fit in my tiny washing machine. Comforters, blankets, etc. drop off and pick up is fast! They do use a scented fabric softener that I'm not crazy about. I tell them no scent but sometimes it's still used. Still it's nice to have this service that lets me get the bulky items washed. read more

Clean laundry mat next door to Wing Snob. Pricing a started at $2.50 to wash. They have seating and televisions also. Typical laundry mat. It is staffed, but the person working never spoke, didn't make eye when I came in, and was outside smoking for some time. She did clean the machines while I was there. They have individual boxes of laundry items in a machine for less than $1. If I lived close by and needed a laundry mat then I'd go for convenience. read more

Staff rarely wear masks and do not ask their customers to wear them. I'm at the laundromat right now and am the only one wearing a mask. I get folks are anti mask but well, a laundromat is probably not the most sanitary place not even taking into account the global pandemic. Barring all that there is often a wait for the washers and a near struggle for the good dryers. Outside of the good ones there the dryers that have caught fire multiple times(yes literally caught fire) those events that included fire trucks, fireman, evacuation and all which I was sadly here to experience. Then there are the other half of the dryer bank that barely heat up. I don't think I have seen anyone use those more than a couple of times. read more

This place is awesome! I used it for the first time yesterday when I lost power in my home. I needed to wash some towels & clothes. The woman working was very helpful on how to use the machines. And the prices seemed reasonable. Plus you can wash/dry a lot of things at once. Totally awesome hole in the wall! read more

I use this laundromat every week and the staff is friendly if I have a question or need help with a machine. They stay to themselves otherwise but there's nothing wrong with that. They are always cleaning the lint traps and wiping down the machines when they aren't in use. read more

This laundromat is great! It's super clean and the machines are newish and well maintained. The lady who worked there was very helpful in regards to what size machines I should use for my blankets and laundry. There were two flat screen tv's showing the Detroit Lions game, two vending machines, and a massage chair to boot! read more

Harrison sold this company to Skylar some months ago. All the former employees quit. After being a regular customer and still using it Skylar remodeled. It's beautiful. New machines, new walls, floors ,paint and more. However, none of it makes up for the rude staff and manager. I spent $20 to dry 4 loads of clothes, yes I said $20 for 4 loads of clothes. After speaking to the young staff, who were rude and did nothing, I was upset. I told the next customer, who was going to use the dryers, "hey I recommend trying another one, these seems not to beworking too great, yah even new,". I was then told by staff "you are not allowed to tell other customers that" . Me: "excuse me, we live in America and have freedom of speech". They proceeded to tell their manager half in English, half in Arabic about me and the dryers. Then he and I had a heated discussion. Upon leaving with my still damp clothes, I took the cart out to my car. The manager came out and starting calling me names and cussing me out. I was like wow wth. I DO NOT recommend anyone going here. They may have remodeled the inside, but the staff and manager are absolutely horrible. read more

NEVER ever use this place it is a nightmare. First, if a machine is finished they will not take the clothes out of it and they will not let you take the clothes out of it so you sit there and wait. When you finally do use a machine the spin cycle will not run and your clothes will be dumping pools of water on the floor. I loved, loved this place. I dropped my laundry off. I returned to pick up and I received a bag of three of my blouses torn to shreds. I was asked to give my number to the owner. I was not contacted. I do not recommend this place if you are allergic to cigarette smoke and or have children that you do not want around it, or if you do not want your nice clean clothes smelling like smoke. A lady that works there is constantly smoking directly outside the door that everyone passes through. Other than that the place is decent. read more

Very small kind of hole in the wall laundry mat but the prices are reasonable and there are plenty of washers and dryers. Honestly would never have gone here except for location to where I live. Washed and dried a huge king sized feather comforter and was in and out in an hour. read more

Shes down at the smoke shop just chatting as if she'd just there washing her clothes,not an employee. Shes always somewhere doing something other than being available for customers.
