This was a Thursday and couldn't be seen until following Monday. They scheduled me with a technician instead of the dentist. She worked on grinding down crown and the lower molar. After about 20 minutes she said "this is the best I can do" and sent me on my way. She never had the dentist look at it.It still wasn't right and I continued to have chewing problems. I had to contact a new dentist office. The new dentist spent 35 minutes on grinding the crown and lower molar. He used litmus paper several times to make sure the crown was shaped properly. He apologized twice saying he was sorry I had to go through this to correct the problem made by Dr. Blair's office. I spent $1,758.00 for exam,- X-ray and crown at Dr. Blair and had to pay addition $178.00 to the new dentist. The day I had the crown made and placed they called me back to start the procedure. They took a new x-ray and reviewed my chart. The tech said I see you are alergic to penicillin.When I said no she asked me my name. She had the wrong patient and had me switch rooms that had a different patient in it with the equipment needed to make the crown. Oh my !!! This is why they demanded payment in full before they made the crown. More interested in profit than professional service. I was a patient of Dr. Yoder for years. I have never had a bad encounter. Dr. Diehl is kind, compassionate, professional, and a very skilled dentist. Because of his expertise, I still have my natural teeth. What a relief!
