Kelsey, Stephanie and Keith were extremely conscientious in all aspects, from the beginning to the end, to ensure Phillip's memorial service was dignified and personal. They were mindful about all our wishes and ensured affordability, without a "sales pitch". Gentle, compassionate, and professional. Everything you could want from a funeral home. I have nothing but positive things to say. Pretty and well kept grounds. Lots of lovely plants out front. Bathrooms are clean. The chapel is really pretty. Plenty of parking. I've attended several funerals here for Harbor friends and have always been impressed by how they handle everything. I would not recommend this place at all. My Father passed away at the hospital in Aberdeen. Dave who I was told was the manager & met with my family and me the next morning after having my Father from passing away the night before. Dave was the opposite of anything I expected. He was callus, rude and just blunt. He obviously does not have compassion in any part of his heart for this occupation and after speaking with someone else at Whiteside, this is a common complaint. I cannot believe the owners keep him on staff. This is the worst place I could have ever dealt with in this manner, if this was not such a difficult time for my family I would have had my Father sent to another funeral home.
