Kelsey, Stephanie and Keith were extremely conscientious in all aspects, from the beginning to the end, to ensure Phillip's memorial service was dignified and personal. They were mindful about all our wishes and ensured affordability, without a "sales pitch". Great local family owned business that has been around for 2 generations. D. Twibell is retired so the home is now run by his son Keith. He and his wife are two of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Gentle, compassionate, and professional. Everything you could want from a funeral home. I have nothing but positive things to say. Pretty and well kept grounds. Lots of lovely plants out front. Bathrooms are clean. The chapel is really pretty. Plenty of parking. I've attended several funerals here for Harbor friends and have always been impressed by how they handle everything. I cannot believe the owners keep him on staff. This is the worst place I could have ever dealt with in this manner, if this was not such a difficult time for my family I would have had my Father sent to another funeral home.
