Any collections claims from this guy are fraudulent- don't pay them. I received a letter in the mail from his office concerning my debt with Shore Memorial. I assumed my debt from had been transferred to him for collection and paid him in full. A week later Shore Memorial sends me a reminder to pay them. He's got access to where you owe money and he exploits it. It's very important that we all continue to notify the bar association and the attorney general until this place is shut down. read more

Unbelievably rude staff, sent me a collections for a medical bill to a place of service I had never been a patient of. I have dealt with other creditors that were pleasant. I will be contacting the medical billing company and telling them they should find another service. These guys should be out of business. read more

Absolute piece of garbage. My bank account was frozen with no letter and no notice. No idea of what I owe or who is suing me. I have no issues to my knowledge. Froze my bank account on 6 PM on Friday and closed for the weekend, so I am unable to resolve the issue and feed my family. I guess we all have to make money somehow? If this is a mistake I promise to sue you for everything. A judgment creditor does not have to give you specific notice before freezing your bank account. However, a creditor or debt collector is required to notify you (1) that it has filed a lawsuit against you; and (2) that it has obtained a judgment against you. I GOT NOTHING!!! read more

Do your research before paying them. This is likely a fraud. The collections letter came AFTER my husband's lawyer saw this collector trying to lower his credit. The Primarius Pathology listed as the original company to which the debt was owed is not one that had ever been used by his doctor. I could not find anything on this company online to try and contact them directly, since we never received a bill. I did my due diligence and contacted our insurance, who confirmed the correct pathology company. I called that company and they'd never heard of Primarius (so it isn't a parent company). I called the collections agency and asked for the number for Primarius, the woman said they could not give it out. I asked for a confirmation for date of service, she listed five, so I checked EOBs after and the other four were not dates my husband saw his doctor, let alone used the services of this 'Primarius Pathology.' I asked for her to explain who the company was since it was not the one our doctor used. She yelled at me and hung up. Again DO YOUR RESEARCH! read more

Michelle S's experience was not an isolated incident, it seems. I witness my sister, on speakerphone, talk with the receptionist ("Mike") about a rather delicate matter. The receptionist was rude, arrogant and unprofessional. When pressed, he admitted that he was not a licensed lawyer, and proceeded to question my sister of her own legal background as if the latter were relevant to the situation. This was the second time we have contacted this firm. Both times, Mike picked up. The second time around, he offered a revisionist version of what happened during the first round of communication. He subsequently refused to check the recordings and to transfer my sister's call to an attorney. He became defensive and argued that his 7 years of working as a receptionist qualified him to answer the call. While I do not disagree with this assertion, I find it inappropriate as this particular situation necessitated direct communication with the head of the firm. I find it interesting that nobody has reviewed Mr. Harrison, himself only his very angry staff. Apparently it is near impossible to gain an audience with him. read more

Absolutely awful people. Make their living suing people for collections that are not valid. Totally unreasonable. They are absolutely unwilling to negotiate in good faith. Beware- they will take you to court and find a friendly judge. Odds are totally stacked against you. They should be closed down. read more

i called about a bill i was receiving for my daughter, which i should not have received to begin with. i spoke to a woman named cheryl who was helpful and then called back the next day and spoke to a woman named karen, very helpful. come to find out that the office manager marylou sent this to my credit without researching it and would not remove it. i was able to get mary lou on the phone and she told me "too bad, pay the bill, low life", the f'in bill isnt even mine, the dr office got it crossed with my daughters bill. i explained this to her, started to anyway, and heard a loud banging noise several times. it sounded like she hit the phone on the table multiple times as i was talking. i asked if i could speak to the owner of the business and was told he doesnt speak to low lifes like yourself, he will just see you in court! this woman is rude.. should not have a job where she has to interact with people. the job for her, is under a rock! read more
