I always try for early morning appointments and when I walk in, even though I'm looking at serious work, I get an immediate sense of welcome and "don't worry, we've got this." Dr. Fluegge figured out how to mix professionalism and high standards (check out the equipment!) with a staff group you can instantly trust. Yep, it feels like family there and I'm not kidding when I say it wouldn't be a bad place to just sit. I had delayed dental work during the worst of COVID and I worried about what to do. Day of my extraction they had me pick up some pill to take before my appt it messed me all up, when it came to her numbing me, she was jabbing that needle into my gums not gentle and definatly didn't wait for it to kick in.. Top it off I was only doing my uppers.. I had a bases on my bottom and she literally tried pulling it out.. I about come up out of my seat.. Than they slapped the over sized dentures in.. 3 weeks later I went back in.. I told them they weren't fitting rite one too big and they weren't straight.. oh I had dropped them in the sink and I told the lady n I also asked her about my permanent ts and when they would be in. Well than she had the accountant lady cone in , than she proceeds to tell me in baught the basic dentures that didn't come with permanents.. .. but they all kept telling me it be 3 months... all lies.. oh n she said if I wsnted to upgrade to that denture it would cost more.. So when I got home week later I got a 500 dollar bill in mail.. I called for appt to get my dentures fixed !! She said they couldn't make any appointments until my bill was paid up.. and my warranty was up I said my denture broke after having them 3 weeks.. I told the girl to make sure she noted about the brake... So now I had to contact my lawyer.. my whole experience was traumatizing!!!

The practice of prescribing antibiotics prior to procedures was extremely controversial in light of what we now know concerning gut health and overall health risks. They had already set up my appointment for this day and hour, but failed to tell me that they had canceled it because my account had reached a $1,000 bill (pretty low for dental work), but they had now at this time changed their verbal agreement with me. Since that time, Connie, the one kneeling in front in the photos provided for this business talked fondly of her husband's Porsche in front of me (while knowing our financial circumstances), as well as referring to me as, "buddy." When confronted with her disrespectful nature of saying, "buddy," she attempted to play it off saying, "I meant it as a term of endearment." After all is said and done, and I was still paying my bill there, and took my wife there, regardless of our poor relationship, my father's cancer got much worse, and then we also experience a massive fire in Leavenworth, wiping out our property. My father passed shortly after the fire, at which time I wanted to settle the bill with them, since things had finally reached their climax. They hired an attorney through a collection agency and I am about to just pay their attorney fee's to get this company out of my hair once and for all. The bottom line is, their dental work is fine, but they breached their verbal agreement with me, and turned around and sued me during the hardest period of my life. Money isn't important in this life, so instead of attempting to fight with only a verbal agreement to go on in court, I am just going to let them have some of the life insurance money I received from my now passed father, which consumed much of my time and my caring for him, their bill was already paid in full, but they are still having the attorney's continue to peruse me. I cannot morally recommend this place, they over-charge, and come off as caring, but it really comes down strictly to money with this business. There are better places out there, this dental company charges $500 for one filling. On a side note, during the time when they stopped working on me when my teeth were at the peak of their damage due to non-treatment by this company, I received full dental care fixing all of my teeth for under $500, including a crown, but not including a root canal.

Dr. Andrew Johnson did an excellent job repairing it with a porcelain crown. The crown fits perfectly and the tooth feels strong and stable without any discomfort. The porcelain crown exactly matches my other teeth in color and shape. The crown looks and feels perfectly natural. I am extremely pleased with it. On top of all that, I didn't have to pay a cent because Riverview Family Dentil is in network with my Liberty Dental insurance! ;)

Cannot believe there are no reviews of this place…read more Twice before in my life (1990 in one place and 1998 in a different place) I have had dentists tell me I need an "extensive" procedure with my gums. Both times, I said "nope," went to a different dentist and was told my gums are fine. Well, guess what it happened a third time. (2020) I initially went to a DIFFERENT dentist in Wenatchee and, again, was told I needed that same "extensive" procedure with my gums. (and that particular dentist office has all positive 5 star reviews.... hmmm.....) Because of COVID I couldn't bolt from that dentist right away as it was tricky to switch dentists during that time. Then a coupon book came out, and Riverview had a coupon for either teeth whitening or a free Sonicare toothbrush. Really wasn't interested in using the coupon, but thought it was a good time to switch dentists. I'll give them a try. They were very thorough in their medical background check, had to fill out lots of papers, but it's ok. I wrote out my tale of woe about THREE TIMES getting taken advantage of by other dentists who "over reached" in procedures I "needed." Dr. Johnson did explain that gum issues are a very serious thing, but when he checked my gums, he said my issues were minor and not that alarming. But he cautioned me that I still have to be careful. VINDICATED! The staff is very nice, and they are VERY accommodating. I explained that I have a thing about bringing my own dental floss, they were ok with that. I also explained that I have to have plain pummice, I cannot handle the flavored stuff. They were ok about that. I also explained that I have issues with anesthesia and have, occasionally had minor fillings done without anesthesia. They said they could accommodate that. Dr. Johnson is very good about answering questions and being thorough with the answers. I don't like to give five stars, normally only give four, cuz to me five is PERFECT and no one is perfect, but after my previous experience with another dentist, well, I will give five stars!
