I called him to see if he could come out and check and he gave me step by step advice over the phone (he was very patient and thorough) to see if we could resolve it ourselves. When we still couldn't get it right he came up to evaluate and replaced a gauge at no cost to see if that would work. (no charge... this man is honest) We set a date and he came with a crew and a truck with a big boom. They pulled my 200ft well in about 30 minutes, had the new pump replaced, put it all back together in about 2.5 hours! This man is down to earth, knowledgeable, and fair. He was very upfront about pricing, (we weren't sure how deep our well was, and usually these things charge by feet) but our total came out almost exactly as quoted. I cannot recommend calling anyone else but him. FIVE STAR SERVICE, LOCAL GUY, HONEST AND FAIR!
