I have now, officially, and after much consideration sworn off giving my business to the place. The owner is just really, extremely, totally rude. I have been buying water at Water King for almost five years. She has never once thanked me for my business. No, nor has she even taken the time to just treat me like a decent, paying customer. Instead, she showers me with directives and complaints on how I could be better customer to her. Last time, I parked my car in front of the self serve machine to fill up my five gallon water jug. She immediately came out and told me that I better move my vehicle because I was blocking (non-existent) customers. Keep in mind, I was parked directly in front of the place she had put the dispenser. On a previous visit, the machine did not dispense the five gallons for which I paid. When I inquired about it, she implied that I was using it improperly, scoffed when I explained that "no" I knew how to use a coin-operated machine, and walked off without offering a refund or even an acknowledgement. On one occasion my quarter got stuck in the gummed up slot of the dispenser. When I banged on the machine (an action that has served me well even since the days of quarter operated video game machines and has never damaged a single product), she stormed out and yelled at me that I had better stop abusing her machine. And yes, she used the word "abuse" in reference to her water dispenser. I have to admit, it is completely my fault for continuing to patronize this "house of punishment", I should have stopped a long time ago. Maybe, subconsciously I was enjoying her abuse on some level or maybe I felt deep down like I deserved it. :) Regardless I swear, before God and Yelp, to end this destructive relationship, here and now. BTW: The water is good, so if you like clean, crisp water flavored with mistreatment, this is your place. :)

Starting the service was easy, canceling the service is incredibly difficult. I have tried every…read moreday for a week over hour-long waits in an endless customer support queue and have yet to reach anyone. I even tried using the start service approach in the hopes of getting some help, but regardless how I much I pleaded with them I was just dumped into the bottomless pit of a hold queue that is never answered. I found a local office and plan on visiting that office today to see if I can get cancel the service that way - will post a follow up later Like Keven P., I wish I had checked Yelp prior - Horrible Customer Service and Horrible Experience!!!!
