These guys never make me feel like my questions are too small and there is always a good natured vibe in the store. This review is overdue, considering it was almost nine years ago when I first walked in carrying a broken faucet head in my hand like an idiot.

The customer placed their card by the reader, to receive the refund (as is usual for most places) but the guy behind the counter smacked his hand away and told him that he said not to put his card there. I could tell it took the customer aback. As soon as the customer left, the man behind the counter called him a "stupid animal." I confronted him, asking him why he feels it's alright to put his hands on someone, and his justification is that he told the customer to not put his card by the reader. He then said that he should've punched him instead. I asked him again, why he thought it was okay to put his hands on someone, and he repeated the same thing, but this time included that he should punch ME in the head. Absolutely ridiculous behavior. I won't be returning here, and I suggest you don't either. Man behind the counter was an old short guy with a beat up newsboy cap, chains and a big silver cross around his neck. Stay away from him if you aren't white.
