Second, the store is very well organized and stocked well. Third, their prices are not absurdly overpriced. Yes, it's more expensive than Home Depot, but who wants to deal with that place. Fourth, their Benjamin Moore paint display is well organized (my local FH store is a giant mess with no color display). We went to the (empty) store asking about wallpaper and the salesperson couldn't have been less helpful. He threw a few books at us, muttered something and scurried away. We ended up finding what we wanted and made a purchase. We were then told it was backordered - which is fine. After waiting 4+ weeks, we would call asking for updates. When we did, we were told someone would get back to us and they didn't. The salesperson, was equally as before the sale as he was afterwards didn't exactly help the situation either.
