Worst customer service ever. It takes a month to receive an order and they won't even ship what you paid for. I gave them a second chance and it's been a month just getting the run around again. They keep saying it's been shipped but cannot provide me with tracking. Now after an entire month, I get an email saying my order has been cancelled. It's insane being this is a company that supplies medical equipment. Beware! They don't even deserve a single star. They owe me a start for wasting my time. This company could make a nun lose their mind. They will go out of business at this rate. I love how they will comment below a poor review with an apology like they give a damn. read more

Worse medical supply company to deal with. I've had so many issues with them-too many to list. The latest issue was me waiting for a new filter for my concentrator. Tech comes in the morning, as scheduled, with the wrong part. So I wasted that morning waiting for him. Rescheduled for next day service. Receoved a text in the AM stating the rep would be at my home by 1:30 PM. At 1:45, I called Hart to find out wher the rep is. Had to give all my info, all of which they should have in front of them because I had an appt scheduled for that day. Finally was told that rep would be over between 2:30 & 5:30. I complained that I wasted an entire day waiting! Then I was told that "they tell people to plan on being home for the entire day & wait for service"! I WAS NEVER TOLD TO WAIT AN ENTIRE DAY FOR SERVICE. (Who would accept that?) And if that is really true, why does Hart send a text in the morning tell you what time to expect them? Expecially if the time could change due to customer needs. I shouldn't have had to call asking where the driver was today. Hart should have called me to tell me there has been a time delay on service for me. That would have been the courteous thing to do. Unfortunately, the office part of Hart doesn't know what the delivery part is up to on a particular day. Another BIG problem is their web site & ordering supplies. Specifically, cannulas and cords. Even though you've ordered from them previously, you cannot reorder on-line, even though there is a section for reordering supplies. THEY DO NOT MAKE IT EASY FOR CUSTOMERS. When my physician ordered a c-pap for me I really did not want to go back to Hart based on my experiences with them in 2022. See my Google review under Robin L. However, if you want a brick & mortar store for expected knowledgeable care, Hart is it in NW OH. I wish I would have ordered online! 12/16/25 Darah at Hart confirmed they had the prescription from my physician. I confirmed with her the correct insurance info. 12/22/25 I f/u with Hart as there's been no communication from them from them about the c-pap. I was informed that physician never signed the order. 12/23/2025 Hart confirmed receipt of signed order from physician. "Takes weeks to fill a c-pap order". 1/21/26 I call Hart for status of my equipment since it has now been over 5 weeks. A very pleasant Jackie states she will email the c-pap team & request they f/u with me. 1/27/26 vm from Hart requesting I contact to confirm my insurance - again! I return call 1/28 & confirm my insurance info. 3/5/26 vm from Hart, c-pap is in. I call & schedule p/u for 3/10. It's taken 3 months for this process! 5/12/26 I call Hart & report I have not received a bill for c-pap & accessories & am informed no costs. "Everything must have been covered by your insurance" ...5 months from date they received the order. 6/8/2026, still no bill from Hart. Someone on their end really needs to look at their equipment inventory & receivables cycle. Not only did I not receive the equipment for 3 months during which time they could have received payment, I now haven't received a bill for the equipment for an additional 3 months. A total of 6 months that Hart could have received funds for equipment. Same date, 6/8/26, I receive a call from Eureka at Hart telling me I can reorder additional c-pap accessories. I ask what my co-pay would be & she states she will need to put a special request for this information. I instructed her that no additional orders are to be placed until I receive the cost information at which time I will call Hart & let them know whether to move ahead with the order. This same day, 6/8/2026, at 9:15pm I received an email from Hart letting me know the order for these c-pap accessories had been placed. I haven't even received the out-of-pocket costs figures yet much less approved them ordering the items. 6/9/2026 I call Eureka & instruct her to cancel the order reminding her of our conversation the prior day & that the order was never approved by me to begin with. The order was appropriately cancelled. 7/5/2026 I receive a bill from Hart for $360.82 for the c-pap & accessories I received on 3/10/2026. The invoice itself is absent important information such as what was billed to my 2 different insurances, what each paid, how did Hart arrive at the costs for me & how much did Hart receive. Info which is industry standard on medical bills. On 7/6 @ 9:30am I called Hart Corporate billing at 810-406-4450 & speak to Kayla about this missing info. I reviewed my conversation of 5/12 when I was informed there would be no out of pocket costs. She brings up they billed be 6/25/26 as though there's some delay on my part contacting them on 7/6 for further info. She is so determined to be the final word in this conversation that she repeatedly tells me that I need to look into my insurance myself and find this info. She also informed me that there was no note from my 5/12/26 conversation with Hart personnel. I redirect her back to industry standards and inform her that Hart should have this info on my invoice readily available to customers. I also question why there appears to be three separate charges for the same item, AirSense Humidair Climateline heated tubing. One dated 3/10, another 4/10 & lastly one dated 5/10/26. Kayla literally hung up on me! I immediately attempted to call back, planning to request to speak to a supervisor. Interestingly, the call goes straight to voice mail. No point in my leaving a voice mail requesting a supervisor since apparently Kayla is now screening calls & will be highly unlikely to facilitate this. I then called Hart in Monclova and was informed that all billing questions must go through the original number I called when I spoke with Kayla. 7/9/2026 I receive a second bill from Hart dated 7/2 for additional charges for a Humidifier for Pap. Again, it appears there are duplicate charges & both charges are for what appears to be the same equipment 3/10/2026. If you read through the above as well as my Google review of 2022, you can see a pattern of very poor customer care. I also see another review about someone contacting Hart billing & also being hung up on as well as numerous negative reviews on Yelp & Trustpilot for Hart in general. The local Monclova OH office seems to fair better & they have been "nice" to deal with but the process of obtaining my equipment & billing issues just reinforces my desire to not work with them again and to let others know of my experiences. read more

after being on hold for at least 15 minutes trying to schedule a pick up of my deceased father's equipment. I was told I needed to know the exact amount of oxygen tanks they had so she could schedule the pick up. I was unaware of the amount, but they should have known since they delivered them. So now I have to go bother my mother to go out and count the tanks so I can schedule a pick up. He also has a CPAP that needs to be picked up and she said I had to call someone else to schedule the pick up for that. It just seems to me that they have faulty records if they don't know if the CPAP is his or not, and they don't know how many oxygen tanks they delivered him. Very disgusted and will never use them again. read more

I couldn't agree more with all of the negative reviews for Hart Medical. I've experienced pretty much all of the issues myself and have finally cut ties. Orders placed and then no one can find them, terribly long phone wait times just to be transferred and explain everything multiple times, wrong items ship once order gets placed and no working to try to make it right, ongoing issues with prescriptions and insurance, poor communication/explanation, forcing payment for things I didn't order but shipped, asking to speak with a manager and no one ever calls, and the worst is the rudeness of customer service in Saginaw or Bay City (wherever they are located). They are nasty and have hung up in my ear more than once. I thought maybe I was being unreasonable, but reading all of these reviews I see that it's not me. The reviews go back years with some being very recent. Obviously Hart has no intention of fixing their problems. I'm going elsewhere for my cpap supplies. It hasn't been a pleasure. read more

I am a new cpap patient. I ordered my supply replacement via email on February 7, 2025. The next day I received a response email from Hart requesting clarification of one piece of equipment. The next day, I sent the information back as an answer to their email request. Two weeks have passed without a delivery. I called this morning and they have no order from me or any record of my response. The employee said this happens all the time and that doctors email prescriptions to them that they never get. Person seemed quite content with the situation and offered no inclination that Hart was trying to solve this situation. My order was handled and I was told delivery would occur within 3-5 business days. I requested expedited delivery and was told they don't have a method to do that. When this stuff arrives I will have waited three weeks for my supplies. Ridiculous, faulty system. I will try one more time when I need more supplies, if this occurs again I will switch suppliers. read more

I was very pleased with Hart Medical's service for years, however, since they moved to their new resuppy system (SNAP) their service has been a total train wreck. I haven't gotten a single order fullfilled without my calling for intervention. I've gone well past getting my CPAP supplied every time. I recommend that you stay as far away from Hart Medical as possible. read more

If I could give this a minus # I would. This has been the worst experience I could ever imagine. tried to get my husband a continuous glucose monitor. In the beginning it took them more than 2 weeks to even start the paperwork. After continuous calling 3 weeks later they said working on it Then called and said approved and shipping the next day. This was Feb 10 Sent me a tracking # after calling a week later and no sign of the monitor Called every day trying to get it and no result. Asked to speak to a manager and no calls This is now 3 weeks. I now have to go somewhere else and start all over. Called quickly to schedule delivery of a hospital bed as insurance was paying for most of the bed. Made arrangements on a Friday and was surp that the bed was coming on Monday. I was told to have space cleared for the bed and that someone would be calling me Monday in the morning with delivery and set up time as this bed is for elder mom and bed is made of metal. No call by 10:30 am on Monday and I am paying 2 people to help lift mom off bed and will need help putting her back on the bed. These people get paid by the hour so I called and was told I needed to hold off on my grocery shopping as I was scheduled for noon to 2pm. At 2:30, I called again and now told that my time is 6-9 pm. No call from these people yet. I filed a complaint while on the phone, these people actually have a form. Sounds like they get a lot of complaints as they are probable getting their business from medical insurance companies and don't care about customer comfort. I decided to call back to cancel and this person that I talked to now says it is not their practice to call in the morning, nor to give you a delivery window. To cancel the order I had to tell him that there was no one to receive the bed and no place to put it as my mom has missed 2 naps and will be sleep in her old bed. both times I have call to get equipment, I had to wait on hold for over an hour. As much money as they are making off people they could hire someone to answer the phone. I chose heart medical because it is close to my home, but I wish I used another company. I am on o2 and I asked for the tubing to go to my humidifer on the phone. The young man instead brought me tubing for the 02 machine and NOT THE ONE TO GO TO THE BOTTLE FOR THE WATER. It was obvious the lady that answered the phone did not tell the young man to bring the right tubing. I called back and the lady on the phone wanted to mail me the tubing. Unreal, they are less than a mile from my house. they have very poor service. However, the people that they send to bring tanks are nice. The big wigs that run the company don't care about the people they serve is noticeable. Moreover, I got a c pap machine. I was not instructed how to clean the thing. read more

I'm currently in the parking lot of this establishment! First off I have a script that was sent days ago for a nebulizer, my nephew has bronchitis and asthma! The place that sent tells me over the phone that the fax has been sent over already and an email verifying everything for insurance purposes. The lady at the desk keep saying she keep find it! Mind you after I signed in she didn't give me any update on what she was doing after I handed her the script 20 minutes prior! So I walk up to the desk and I ask her "hi, what is the update or what are waiting on for the machine" she says the insurance & etc! Tells me I should come back at 12 and I ask, why 12? She said cause sometimes fax take a while! First off no the hell they don't ! Email don't take hours either! She simply do not want to give me the machine for my nephew! Now it's 11am and the lady from Mawri's children medical center said it' faxed & confirmed by Laura the lady at front desk at 10:32am! Now! Make it make sense. So I come back into the store with the lady on the phone and Laura is still lying. Til I start raising my voice and a manager takes me to the back and all OF A SUDDEN she now has found the papers! Know that you need an appointment to get your RX filled here. I wasn't told this by my PCP or by the staff at Hart Medical. I came in once for it and couldn't take my RX at that point because I needed to double check with my specialist on it. But didn't need an appt that first visit for some reason but the second time in to get my RX they said I needed an appt but said I could wait to be seen and sat for over an hour before they got me back to fit for a knee brace. Yup. Wasn't there to see a Dr. Just needed a knee brace. They need to tell all drs to tell patients that they have to have appt. here. Not cool. read more
