Orders placed and then no one can find them, terribly long phone wait times just to be transferred and explain everything multiple times, wrong items ship once order gets placed and no working to try to make it right, ongoing issues with prescriptions and insurance, poor communication/explanation, forcing payment for things I didn't order but shipped, asking to speak with a manager and no one ever calls, and the worst is the rudeness of customer service in Saginaw or Bay City (wherever they are located). They are nasty and have hung up in my ear more than once. I thought maybe I was being unreasonable, but reading all of these reviews I see that it's not me. The reviews go back years with some being very recent. Obviously Hart has no intention of fixing their problems. I'm going elsewhere for my cpap supplies. It hasn't been a pleasure.

I was told I needed to know the exact amount of oxygen tanks they had so she could schedule the pick up. I was unaware of the amount, but they should have known since they delivered them. So now I have to go bother my mother to go out and count the tanks so I can schedule a pick up. He also has a CPAP that needs to be picked up and she said I had to call someone else to schedule the pick up for that. It just seems to me that they have faulty records if they don't know if the CPAP is his or not, and they don't know how many oxygen tanks they delivered him. Very disgusted and will never use them again.

People in the office are friendly and the environment is very clean. Mandilynn, aka Mandy, was very efficient and thorough in explaining how to use the CPap and how to maintain the machine. She called the breathing therapist to answer some of my questions, and he also was very friendly and gave me good advice. I would highly recommend anybody who needs medical equipment to visit this place. They also do home visits, but I didn't need that so I just drove there.

Their voicemail/answering machine gives the wrong hours of operation. So watch out. I made a drive over there in horrible weather one day only to find out they were already closed. The employees were still in the parking lot chatting so I asked them why they were closed when the voicemail says otherwise and they responded "yea, we know. Unfortunately, they have the worst service in the universe. It must be cosmic because no one working here has any idea what they're doing. The selection is obvious and the prices are average, but it seems most of the time that they don't want to wait on anyone. They know most of us know what we need, so I must assume this is the reason for their apathy. Beyond bad service most days, but they have what I need, so I shop here with some regularity, but if I didn't work in a field that requires scrubs and if I didn't like lying around the house in them on my days off, I wouldn't step foot in here.

My husband suffered a foot injury recently and rather than have the prescriptions automatically sent to Meijer or Wal-Green's as usual, we took a chance and had the prescriptions printed out and I took them here because it's very close to home and my husband was in too much pain to be bothered to wait around for a long time to get his order filled. I left him in the car and took his ID and insurance card and they processed everything expediently and courteously. I was impressed by their level of service. Everything was organized, displays were neat, service was both courteous and prompt, the pharmacy techs were helpful, etc. The store also carries a decent variety of vitamins/supplements and OTC medications as well, all carrying reasonable price tags. I had never been in this pharmacy before, so going in was sort of a craps shoot, but I left as a new customer. True, they aren't open 24/7, but their business hours suffice for the most part. I'm planning to transfer my prescriptions over to Diplomat Pharmacy in the near future. I'm over "big box" pharmacies because all you get is a major headache and a long wait.
