This is completely unacceptable for an established patient, especially for a non-controlled substance. I stopped there on my way to word at 630pm to see if it was ready and was told "you can come in and wait for 30minutes and it should be ready." By 9pm It still wasn't ready so I called and after being on hold for 19minutes, the tech told me 15 minutes. I took my break at work early n ran across the street to pick it up before they closed and at 945pm it still wasn't ready and I had to wait even more. Horrible costumer service and no efficiency whatsoever. Go to literally any other pharmacy unless you want to wait a ridiculous amount of time for a medication that should realistically only take 1-2 hours to fill.

The pharmacy gave my wife the wrong prescription without even noticing it for another person with the same name and when she returned it to them, they were pretty apathetic about it. No harm no foul in their eyes. The line isn't horrible like the Ballenger Highway store, but it isn't quick, either. The nicest guy in the world is often working the front checkout at this one. He usually asks me about my day, what my weekend plans were, how's the weather. The lines are usually shorter and the store is cleaner and more well-organized, plus their clearance sections are usually filled with good sales. They seem to have a better handle on the panhandler drama than some of the other stores and you don't see it often in the parking lot. Convenient location, adequate parking, nice employees, but longer hours would be nice.

This Walgreens always has what I need and the prices are low on most products, plus I like using their points for future purchases. I tend to buy makeup here lately when I'm getting a prescription refilled and they always have the cheapest deals. The lines are not as long as other Walgreens or any Rite Aid that I've ever been to.

I was honestly impressed…read morewith how thorough, polite and speedy they were when it came to filling a couple of prescriptions recently. My husband suffered a foot injury recently and rather than have the prescriptions automatically sent to Meijer or Wal-Green's as usual, we took a chance and had the prescriptions printed out and I took them here because it's very close to home and my husband was in too much pain to be bothered to wait around for a long time to get his order filled. I left him in the car and took his ID and insurance card and they processed everything expediently and courteously. I was impressed by their level of service. Everything was organized, displays were neat, service was both courteous and prompt, the pharmacy techs were helpful, etc. The store also carries a decent variety of vitamins/supplements and OTC medications as well, all carrying reasonable price tags. I had never been in this pharmacy before, so going in was sort of a craps shoot, but I left as a new customer. True, they aren't open 24/7, but their business hours suffice for the most part. I'm planning to transfer my prescriptions over to Diplomat Pharmacy in the near future. I'm over "big box" pharmacies because all you get is a major headache and a long wait.

Then she tells me that I needed to go up front and talk to the manager and have me return it all and then ring it all up again. While telling me all this she was very rude and bossy. I then came home and did the survey and they asked me if I wanted a call back and I said yes, this has been over a week ago and no phone call. I have been going to Walgreens for over 10 years now and I get 12 prescriptions, go there at least 4 times a month and get what ever else I need from a store like Walgreens. This is the first time I've had a bad experience with Walgreens but it was so BAD that I need to say something.
