Finally found it! A handyman service that is reliable (shows up when he says he will), reasonable (considers cost of options for a customer as if it was his own money), knowledgeable, works quickly, and has a meticulous work ethic which results in a job done properly. Unfortunately, the secret is out about this guy which keeps him quite busy so although his response time is great , may be a little wait time for an appointment. I called expecting to set up a service appointment. But when I explained the problem with my door he told me how to do the repair myself. He said he would be happy to come out but felt it was a repair I could easily do. I had actually tried to fix the problem first but was going about it the wrong way. it was an easy fix that took no more than 15 minutes and a screwdriver. We found Casey on Yelp after an extensive search. Even though we had a large number of things to repair, Casey was not intimidated. He assessed what needed to be done, made a plan, gathered the materials that would be economical for us. Casey researched possible solutions for our existing windows. The windows showed signs of condensed moisture. When he came back, he taught us a comprehensive maintenance technique to eliminate the need to possibly remove the windows in order to solve the problem. Another thing that is truly outstanding is that Casey has a very high work ethic. He wants the job done well, and takes the time to complete the task in an efficient manner.
