Pretty good for a Haunted House. My rating is based on having been there over the course of 7-8…read moreHalloweens. The organizers really used to go crazy with anmitronics & even a hologram guy but that disappeared 3-4 years ago and more recent version are definitely more low budget. I will say this years version is better than last years. ***WARNING - SPOILERS AHEAD***** Good: *For the first time they sell beer! Woohoo, suck it underagers! *No wait when we went, about 8:30 on a Saturday, we walked right in *Some very entertaining actors *Good length, maybe 10-15 minutes to go through *Nice waiting area, but nothing to do - oh right, they sell beer now, did I mention that? Bad: *Most of the scares consist of someone jumping out at you. Boring and predictable after awhile. *Pretty standard rooms, themes, etc. Again, somewhat ho-hum *Massive amounts of law enforcement. Don't even think about chugging some beers in the parking lot beforehand. Depends on Your Perspective: *Dont go if you have balance or mobility issues, there are some parts you won't care for *Claustrophobes beware - in a big way All in all, it's still better than the haunt at Waukesha Fairgrounds but not as good as the Hartford Jaycees house

Recognized returning staff, volunteers who must enjoy their work make it a very fun experience. Scenery is artistic and must take alot of time to prepare vs. just too dark of a room to see in - you can actually see the decor and the story of the room. Actors interact with you and are quite entertaining. I really like this HH and will continue to make my trek out there each year to see what they have to offer.

Went here last night and it was pretty busy!! The wait time for the 8-9 spot was long. They have…read morerules about arriving at your designated time no more than 10 minutes early, 10 minutes late but it honestly doesn't matter, because all general admission had to stand in the same line. Fast pass was $10 more...ultimately that extra 10 was worth saving me the amount of time I would have wasted standing there to wait to get in. Each house takes about 5 minutes to get through and there are only 3. You're waiting longer to get IN each house, than you are to actually go through them. So that's a tad unsatisfying. We had been waiting...about 20-30 minutes to get into the houses before we decided to get the fast pass. Literally no one was paying for fast pass so we were able to just go right in. Getting the fast pass guarantees you go first. Which causes the wait time for general admission to be longer, because they stagger YOUR group. Literally no one is wearing masks nor are they social distancing, so go at your own risk. But! They also don't make you go in with strangers! You might run into people depending on how long it takes you and them to walk through. I tended to take longer because I'd stop walking if I got scared. Unlike THHE (the Hills Have Eyes), this place offered a few carnival-like games and seemed to have food. I mean literally no one was playing the games, eating or drinking though. I'm on the fence about how to rate this place. I'll say this, this one was just as expensive as the THHE and had less to offer, so that's a no-thank-you. But it was only just as expensive because we ultimately found it worth it to pay more to save time with the fast pass. Time is precious! We would have been waiting over an hour just to get through 3 houses that only take 5 minutes to walk through. I will say this though!!!; WF was scarier than THHE, just IMO. But like, kudos to WF because the last haunted/scary house of WF had almost no one working in it. It was PITCH black, with a light flickering on so often. And it was maze like. So I was already scared going in because I had no idea what to expect in the dark. I actually enjoyed that aspect, although my friend thought it was lame that no one was even there to jump out and scare you. Finding this place was easy and parking was straightforward. I don't think the experience was worth the price, however I can't be that mad because I had fun and that was the goal.

Three different haunts that you get to go through each one more fun and at times scarier than the next. They have added fun stuff that you can buy and concessions in the last year or so and I think that is a great added feature to browse while you wait. From people in the lines scaring you all the way through to the end very entertaining and a scary good time.

They would scare or try to scare the people in front of us and then we would already know what was coming. It was very predictable. Definitely not worth more than $10. The actors were very fruity way too many props and costumes that were not even close to scary. I kept a straight face and didn't jump once. There are plenty of other haunted houses in the area I would definitely would not recommend this one.

Any downers I've seen in previous reviews are likely going into this with an attitude of a fortress wall, which isn't fair to this place. Sure your group influences your time, but you can easily go to the back and space out a little! This is not the haunts fault, they do a good job of scaring the front and back of the group. You've got to go to a haunted house ready to be spooked and to have fun, if you do that here, you will have an amazing time! Just saying, this place deserves way more credit & I'm disappointed at the inaccuracies of the reviews. Also this is a local small business, so huge kudos to their efforts. I've been to haunted houses all over the country and for the last 20+ years almost yearly, so take my word for it.. this place is putting in the work to make it cool for people. The scenery is insanely cool & there's so much attention to detail. The diversity and the length of the experience sold it for us. The bang for your buck is there; we were there longer than any other we've done, probably 1.5 hours with the extra haunt experience and hanging by the bonfire with drinks. So many textures, lighting, effects, animatronics, different themes, probs, actors, and even smells while you're being led through many many fields, houses, buses, warehouses etc! The actors were also scary yet didn't make me uncomfortable like others have before, they knew the line and didn't cross it. I loved how dedicated they were, some in cages or on the floor, some laying on the beams of the building, some blending in with the room or other props. We went on Halloween night & everyone we saw there had tons of fun too. Way to go, and thank you Screamin Acres! We'll see you next year.
