He was so nice the whole time he was here Plus he made sure to get any problems that we were not aware of taken care of. He said that he wouldn't be able to do anything and would have to send another electrician out (he never did). He didn't seem to care at all. If we were a large corporation he probably would have done it since it would pay a large amount. But since it was residential and he would be paid by the warranty company he didn't even bother. If he would have bothered to stay more than 3 minutes I could've had the chance to tell him whatever the warranty company didn't cover we would have paid. If you are residential don't bother with him, go with somebody else. He was rude and didn't want to give our house the time of day.
