Noemi promised cleaning top to bottom and every knock and cranny. She talked about a "ghost buster vacuum" and would vacuum the top of our cabinets and hutches. The company sent me a contract that listed what they would do. In the contract the utility room was listed. The crew of 5 cleaned the light fixtures, dusted the furniture, cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen and mopped the floors. When the crew finished and left, I checked their work. The top of the cabinets weren't vacuumed, the top of door jams were dirty, top of hutches dusty, top of curtain rods dusty, under the couch cushions full of debris. And the utility room wasn't touched. I called Noemi to express my concerns and after several attempts I got through. When I expressed my concerns Noemi said that couches aren't covered in the cleaning and utility room cleaning wasn't an oversight. She only admitted to not vacuuming the cabinets after I told her I had gotten up there to check. Overall, the crew did a fair job cleaning, but they didn't deliver on the deep cleaning top to bottom every knock and cranny. They also had poor customer service when any concerns were voiced. I also questioned the company's ethics by not honoring the items on the contract. Had I not gotten on the ladder and checked the tops of furniture and cabinets I would have believe that they cleaned it. They were willing to get paid for work not done. After all the back and forth, they first said they would send a crew to finish the work. Then there was a medical emergency and they couldn't send anyone. A few days later, I get and email from them that because I was"hostile" they would give me a discount if $100, which I never asked for a discount, but not going to send anyone to finish the work. In my experience, they promised a lot but did not deliver. They don't stand by their work or their contract.

Used the FineShine Handyman services with this company in October 2023 and spent $6000 for their…read moreservices on my daughter's home in Plano. When I was showing one particular issue with a faucet outside the house, Roger turned the faucet and it broke. He then gathered his guys to repair the broken faucet as it was leaking water now. I had to run to Home Depot with them so I could personally purchase what they needed for the repair. After a few hours and more money it was "Fixed". It seemed fine until March 2024. The water company called to let us know the water bill was extremely high ($373.23). The water company came out to check the problem and come to find, FineShine put sprinkler tubing in instead of the correct plumbing piping! The water company gave my daughter a company in the area to quickly take care of the problem $754.00 later. Called FineShine to mention this issue and they refused to reimburse us a portion for this issue even after spending $6000 with this company, plus the parts I paid for at Home Depot! I was told because we did not call his company to get a chance to repair the problem he was not going to help with any sort of refund. My daughter first did not know who to call and was dealing with the water company at the time. FineShine company is also an hour away from the house. There was no time to call and have Roger come and look over the problem. If this project had been completed correctly the first time this would not have happened! It also had nothing to do with freezing as it was covered during the cold weather and the leak was noticed by the water company in the middle of April 2024. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY PLUMBING!
