Once on location they worked very efficiently. We had our windows cleaned, both inside and out, and the deck around our pool pressure washed. This is the first time either one had been cleaned in several years. The windows look like new and the deck is now clean. We plan to have them back next year to do both again. Except there was only one pigeon and it really didn't attack her, just scared her a bit. So I went on Yelp to get quotes. He was the only one who responded to me. He came by and checked the length of the gutters and gave me a quote. It was very reasonable so I hired him. He was here for about an hour and sent me pictures of the gutters after. I wish he would've taken before pictures too. We hadn't cleaned our gutters since we moved in about 2 years ago so I'm sure they were a mess. He even power washed the driveway and the patio. To his credit it was late afternoon when he washed them, but the next morning in the sunlight, you could see the film and residue on the windows. See my photos. I texted him with photos to let him know, and he said he would come back. He didn't show yesterday or communicate with me to let me know he needed to reschedule. He didn't use squeegees, just microfiber cloths and a scrubber. I would not recommend.

He asked for payment before I got home and said he needed to come back to add a piece to secure the gutter. He told me several times he was coming back to finish the job but never showed and stopped responding. He told me he was local and did a lot of work around my area but never could come back to finish the job. So now the gutter is starting to bend and the curve he added is leaking. so overall, just a lousy job. Would never use him again.
