Due to a short turnaround for several of us, with check in at 9pm and check out at 5 for flights, we opted to stay at the easiest off highway location and I'm so grateful we did. It's newer than most hotels in the area, accessible, and well cared for, plus the staff was super friendly. It isn't loud, which you might expect based on its closeness to the highway, which is a big win. I did have a broken drawer in my room, nothing that bothered me for a quick overnight, but the staff took a note down upon my departure and I suspect it was sorted quickly.

Having no illusion of getting a Friday-Saturday night in such a short notice, we were able to get the Saturday. The house sits on the top of the Hart Highlands. It is a very nice looking home in a very nice looking neighborhood. We were greeted by the very nice owners Geoff & Patti and shown to our very nice suite. The Garden Suite is a complete luxurious suite with a kitchen, fireplace, two light wells, cable, wireless internet, a very nice little back patio and an amazingly green and colorful backyard with a great view over the hills. But besides the very cozy suite, what makes this place the #1 B&B in Prince George, is how they operate it : down to a science. Everything was perfect, from the cordiality of the owners to the delicious breakfast. Definitely a place to go. But reserve early :)

I got room 221 which was way at the end of the hall. It was a small room with nowhere to hang my coats or bags. So I went to the casino as planned. My parents were also checked in with a group. It was great to be able to have a room. I stayed a 2nd night which I was so grateful and have a room and hang out with my parents. We had dinner at the rest spending some the evening enjoying ourselves. End of the night comes and I go bac ​ to the room and soo happy to be able to finally stay and play.

The room could have used a fresh coat of paint and a bit more of a detailed cleaning in certain areas, but was otherwise appropriate for the price. The bed was comfy, the heat worked, and the water didn't take long to heat up. I'd stay here again.

We requested housekeeping service daily (clean towels, coffee and cups and garbage removal) non of our room received the requested service. When we informed the front desk person who was annoyed and very dismissive of us. This is our annual trip for back to school shopping and fair, we book a 8 - 10 room every year. We did enjoy the slides and pool and the hotel accommodate the request to have all our rooms located on one floor, we all enjoyed the continental breakfast.

It is an older motel but the rooms are updated and very comfortable beds give a good night's sleep. For the dollar value along with the pool and hot tub...it's a good deal. I'd recommend the Camelot to any one visiting PG

this place on the outside looks a little worse for wear from its old and ugly paint job to its…read moredecrepit 80's architecture but i guess you can't expect too much if your are visiting a place like prince george.. in saying this it has everything that you need for a night or two... they have a pool as well as a restaurant that serves decent breakfast... i've stayed here a number of times during my tree planting days and have had some fond memories, unfortunately they don't like tree planters anymore as they make too much mess and noise... but if your passing through PG it's a respectable place to stay at and is walking distance to all the amenities that you will need...
