There was plenty for the kids to do, badminton, park, sprinkler, bean bag toss etc. The spots are very large, fire pits and picnic tables are mobile so you can set your spot up however you like. There are water and sewer hookups. If you need a power boost after a few days, you can even rent a generator. There is a little store in the office for anything you may have forgotten. You can hook up to wifi there too. The location is very good. It is only 2 minutes from a great beach and swimming at west lake. Although Blackwater road is close, there is virtually no traffic on that road at night. It's much better than being camped off the highway listening to big rigs all night long! It is only about 10 minutes from college heights. I had to work a few days of our trip but it was very convenient to make the quick trip back into town. The park host (Wendy) is constantly working to accommodate people and improve her campground. She is currently creating more sites for tenters who want to be a little further back into the bush. Those spots will be situated in the denser treed area and will be very nice and private. There are also pull through sites for those with larger units. We did not use a pull through, and even with a 33' trailer, there was tons of space in our spot. We are already trying to figure out when we can make another trip out. My son said it was the best camping trip of his life! Highly recommended!

First stay no problem, second stay, "the guy in one of your spaces decided to stay two more nights, I couldn't ask him to move.") Yes, you could have! I booked these spaces in July of '18, over a year ago, he just came down on short notice because his grandson has a hockey camp. There are three other parks less than the 9 miles out in the country, I would try those first.
