Booked my 18 yr old son his first appt a month ago because thats how far out their Sat were booked. He cant go during the week for a 1st appt because theyre during the day and hes in school. He made sure to be working a PM shift so he could go today at 11am. He got there and he wasn't even on the schedule. They apologized and wanted to reschedule for next Sat. My son is WORKING. Schedules are done in ADVANCE. So they lost a client today, he wont be going there. Completely unprofessional and untrustworthy. * other chiropractors do have Saturday hours by appt. How on earth has this review tallied anything less than 4-stars? Dr. Anelons is far and away the best chiropractor I've ever been to. No goofin' around when he's working on you. Get's right to the point, and 'crack' you're on your way out the door. Only reason he doesn't get 5-stars is the wait. If you can get in before 8am or after 5pm then you're ok. Anything after that and it's at least a 30 minute wait. Compare his google reviews with Yelp reviews; seems it's the groupon offers (not the quality of the service) that is driving down the rating. read more

I was very apprehensive about going to any doctors during the Covid-19 crisis. But my back problem was so painful that I had no choice but to finally see a chiropractor. Dr. Anelons was very attentive and really listened to me when I explained my issues. I felt he took all the time needed to listen and then help make me feel better. He was very helpful in explaining what he hoped to accomplish and is an incredibly nice man, The staff are also very nice and helpful. And even with the epidemic, I felt safe in the office because they were doing everything they could to keep transmission of the virus down. All in all, a very positive experience. read more

Dr. Anelons is always very attentive and has helped me greatly with the pain and tightness in my lower back, shoulder blades and neck. I still see him several times a year for maintenance/routine chiropractic adjustments. Stay away from this chiropractor if you value your time!! Schedules appointments too tightly with absolutely NO allowance for delay and no consideration for impact on his patients' time. Significant delays in appointments are the RULE, not the exception. I've waited the better part of an hour -- routinely -- for a basic, 15-minute maintenance treatment. Have protested several times. He simply doesn't care. He is virtually never on-schedule, and I have literally wasted hours in his waiting room. I will be looking for another chiropractor and strongly advise you to do the same unless you have hours of time to waste! read more

My adorable wife booked me a 60 minute massage as a Christmas gift. She got a deal through Groupon so why not. I arrived about 6 minutes early for my 11am appointment and filled out a quick form. The massage therapist came out around 11:07 and greeted me. We spoke for about 2 minutes about what to expect and then asked me to get on the table under the blankets. After what seemed like an eternity and 11:20 on the clock, she came in and started to work. She was nice and did a good over all massage, but she promptly ended at 12:00 on the button. So I paid (yes a special rate) for a 60 minute massage and only got 40 minutes? So I received 2/3 of what was actually paid for. Now not knowing any better I left, yes I left a tip, and spoke with a massage therapist who happens to work in the same building in me. She was livid that I wasn't "on the table" for a full 60 minutes. Needless to say I will never return here, nor will I recommend anyone visit this establishment. read more

Dr Anelons is unbelievable. He is very kind and treats each patient as if they are the only one. He has worked magic on my back. Aside from them running late (he will work on your for 30 mins if he needs to although appoints are booked for 15 mins), there is nothing bad about him. Very good at what he does. I booked a massage here through Groupon and the massage was supposed to be for 60 minutes. I realize that I didn't pay the full amount because it was a Groupon, but that should not mean I do not get the full 60 minute massage. It only lasted about 50 minutes. The massage was OK, nothing special. I decided to book an appointment with the chiropractor since I've been told I should get an alignment. I booked the appointment for 11:00 AM. I was given all of the new patient paperwork to fill out before the appointment. I filled out all of the paperwork before the appointment and arrived at 11 o'clock. I checked in and sat down in the waiting room. There were two people there ahead of me. Well, A half hour passed by and one person from the waiting room was finally called in. That is when I went up to the receptionist to ask how much longer she thought it would be. She said there was still another person before me. I asked how much longer in terms of minutes and she said maybe a half hour and they were running late. She said they scheduled me for 11 but allow 30 minutes for the paperwork to be completed. I asked why would they do that if they gave me the paperwork and told me to complete it ahead of time? She didn't have a good answer for me and said that the lady who booked me should have made note of that in the computer. I also asked why she didn't notify me that they were running late when I first arrived because I would have canceled my appointment then and not wasted a half an hour sitting in the waiting room. Again, no good answer. I hope she learned to do this for future patients because most people wouldn't wait at least an hour past their appointment time to be seen. I will never return here. read more
