I've been going to this on and off on Fridays for 3 1/2 years they hire security guards that like…read moreto beat up mentally handicap people and they hire volunteers that physically verbally and emotionally abuse the clients that go in there the security guard grabbed me and physically assaulted me because of volunteer was screaming and yelling at me for saying excuse me, which is the most polite thing to say when someone's in your way and a security guard says you can get the hell out and you're banned for three months I went to the hospital. He sprained my shoulder by grabbing me that hard and screamed and yelled at me in front of a bunch of people. I finally found a lawyer that will take my case, and I will be suing for emotional damage, physical assault and trauma.

The music during service is amazing, there are lots of small groups to join, and their children's ministry is phenomenal! As a mother of tiny children, let me assure you that your children are nearby to the sanctuary (the place where the service is held) while you are in service yourself. Small children are checked in with an iPad program and labels are printed for mother and children. It is a very small congregation. The people there are lovely, warm, and welcoming.

I have moved around the world with the military and have been involved in every Catholic Church where I was stationed. I worked for many churches in the youth department. I can tell you first hand that the priests at this parish care deeply for every single parishioner! I have seen all 3 of the priests have a major impact on the youth of St. Thomas! As far as the lady with the negative review, it should be taken down as she is, what we call Christers. They attend mass only on Christmas & Easter. Her ignorance is apparent. She more then exaggerated the message from that Priest. If she would have stayed to hear the REST OF THE STORY, she would have heard an impactful and sincere message about our political leaders and their stance on abortion. The leaders of this country are so afraid to speak out against abortion as they want EVERY vote! I don't attend church to be entertained, or to only hear what I deserve to hear. I attend mass because I crave The Eucharist, the teachings of the apostles, & the Word of Our Lord Jesus Christ. St Thomas is warm, welcoming, loving, and so generous to it's community! Once again, I saw first hand the amount of charity our parish delivers to both parishioners & non-parishioners. While I was away in another country, state or town, I missed St Thomas so badly! I would go online to find a homily from Sunday's Mass so I could watch & feel like I was still there. You won't find a more generous group of parishioners either!! It's an incredible community!

I've been…read morepraying about possibly going to another church around 2018 because I felt like everything was watered down and not much of the word except for you should we should they should. Very clicky didn't really fit in with a lot not everyone there was like that many people were showing the love of Jesus Christ and not ever to say anything against God's "chosen" or "elect" however I witnessed experienced more times than I'd like to say the ones that really should have been showing the love of Jesus Christ were not walk by no hello know how are you basically only had time for their friends. Lot of arguing lot of dissension backbiting which was one of the reasons I had been praying about leaving I stayed way longer than I wanted to because my granddaughter was in a wonderful Children's Program and after many years of that they ended that and brought in other people and the children's Ministries unfortunately went downhill from there. Very disappointed very disheartening. And then when the covid hit it was like where is your faith in Jesus Christ shut the doors to the church and then when they opened them people were required to wear masks and get their temperatures taken I want to be in a face filled Spirit-filled church that believes the whole word of God not just bits and pieces doesn't pick and choose. I would not recommend this church at this time to anyone and I'm very sorry to have to say that I pray that the scales would fall from their eyes and that their eyes and ears and heart would be opened to the people that they are supposed to be feeding the word of God to.
