After finding out my dress was cut uneven, and poorly done from a seamstress I first went to, I thought I was out of options. After spending good money on my dream dress, and seeing it in such state really broke my heart. I called Ana's Sewing and they took me in right away. During the appointment I was reassured there was still hope for my dress, and Ana went through plenty of options on how she could go about fixing my dress. She did not once pressure me, or make me feel uncomfortable which I greatly appreciated after having a horrible experience with the previous seamstress. I felt right away as if I could trust her. Ana made me as a customer, a priority and worked on my dress as careful as possible. You can tell she takes pride in her work, and making customers feel at ease. I will from now on trust her with any future alterations. I got my dress back in less than a week, and I was in shock about how nicely done my dress was. Even though some alterations on the dress could not be fixed unless cut further shorter, she did a fabulous job blending it out. Great price overall and very satisfied with Ana's work!

One day, I dropped off a simple lined pencil skirt. She quoted me a price of 30$. I thought that was on the higher end in terms of cost to tailor a skirt, but still within an acceptable range. A couple days later Mimi had left a message saying that it was going to cost more but didn't say why. I could not call her back until business hours were over (I was tied up all day) to tell her to please not go through with it, I would be taking the skirt elsewhere. I was not able to reach her before she did the alterations and she charged me...wait for it... 55$ to tailor a cotton pencil skirt when she quoted me 30$. I was pretty upset, the skirt itself was on sale for less than that. She lost a long time customer that day. Since then, I have been going to Ray's. While they aren't as friendly as Mimi, their prices won't bankrupt you and the do a bit better of a job.
