Good knowledgable sales staff, absolutely garbage service department. Half the work was 'verifying' things a second time even though they'd already done it once and we tested before bringing it in. If the work was done when promised competently there would have been a warranty part in the machine with a moth of time and hundreds of dollars saved.

I am pretty happy with the service...I've dealt mainly with high capacity HP printers from them…read more They are an option for costly new cartridges as they offer refurbished cartridges that have the same capacity as a new cartridge and will recycle cartridges. As far as I know they serviced our printers and I'm thinking pretty much what else they sell. If you have a printer or copier and you need a money saving option give them a try, they may be able to help you out.
