Eagle's Landing of Washington owned by Harvest Properties is run by an immoral, unprofessional witch. Our rent check was returned and I immediately called the leasing office to inquire . I wanted to make sure that our rent had been paid for the month or if there were further steps I needed to take. The girl on the phone told me to, "wait", while she asked Bridgette F. -the property manager-, if our rent was paid. I heard Bridgette say." I'm looking in our computer, it is paid, she is fine, tell her not to worry." When the girl got back on the phone I had told her I had heard what Bridgette had said, but that I had called to dblouble check, becuase I couldn't afford to pay rent twice and I had other bills that needed my attention. The girl said it was paid and not to worry that if there was an error it wasen't on my end. Three and a half weeks later- Bridgette calls and tells me we owe not only this months rent but last months as well as late fees for the prior month. I told her that is why I had called and that she had said it was fine and for me not to worry, that if there was an error it was on their end! She replied," well it was true when you asked but it isn't now." THAT DOESN'T EVEN MAKE SENSE! I tried to explain to her that this is exactly what I didn't want to happen, that I had called her about it bringing the error to her attention in the begining of the prior month and that I would like her to work with me on a reasonable payment plan.
